Love Island star Samie Elishi has revealed she is currently undergoing tests after fans spotted a lump on her neck.
In an emotional video posted to her YouTube channel, the reality star broke down in tears as she discussed her recent health issues and revealed she's had tests done.
She explained how she found a 5cm lump around her thyroid and decided to get it checked out.

Samie tearfully explained she had a biopsy and 'thanks God' for the fans who reached out to highlight the lump.
The Love Island finalist said doctors are 'not sure' if the lump is cancerous or not and is currently facing surgery to have half her thyroid removed.
She said: "I shouldn't be upset because I'm so grateful that people messaged so I've caught it now and I'm so grateful that I had the opportunity to get it removed and get it sorted. But it is still just really scary."
Speaking about former Islander Demi Jones, who previously had thyroid cancer, go through the same health issue, Sami added: "I watched her highlight the other day and thank God she shared her journey because I've no idea what to expect so I'm so grateful for her sharing her journey and I'm going to share it as well, as hard as it's going to be."
The news comes just days she gave a brutal statement following her split from fellow Love Island star Tom Clare, 23.
Samie dropped the bomb that she only went on Love Island for fame in a clip that circulated around social media just hours after their split was released.
The YouTube show hosted by former Love Islander Chloe Burrows invited Samie and Tom to chat about their experience.
Samie was asked the big question: “Did you go on Love Island for love or did you go on for exposure?”
To which she replied: “I’m going to be honest, mine was the second one. I didn’t expect to meet anyone.”
Despite speaking very bluntly about how she felt, it certainly was a different answer than what Tom gave.
The footballer admitted: “I think mine was I really wanted to meet someone, but in the first two weeks I was like, ‘I’m stuffed here, there’s no one for me.’”
Interrupting Tom, Samie seemed to want to set the record straight about the expectations on going on the show, loudly declaring: “It’s f***ing Love Island!”
