Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have been criticised for their Catholic-inspired Halloween costumes, with one person saying the outfits were ‘abhorrent’ and ‘offensive’. You can see footage of them all dressed up here:
As you may have already seen, to mark Halloween the couple decided to go as Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee - but not content with just one attempt at dressing up they also shared some snaps of a second look.

In the new photos, MGK - whose real name is Colson Baker - wore the robes of Catholic priest, while his fiancee Fox sported a much racier outfit, wearing wet-look black underwear, fishnet tights, thigh-high boots and a collar and leash. I don’t remember that from Sunday School.
Sharing the images on Instagram, Fox wrote: "On Sundays we take communion."
But not everyone thought the outfits were appropriate, with Catholics - somewhat understandably - particularly ticked off by their OTT display.

One angry Instagram user wrote: “What happened to cultural appropriation? Why is it wrong to dress up as an [American Indian] but okay to mock the Catholic faith.
“It's absolutely abhorrent and offensive and I'm so sick of the double standards.”
Another said: "Repent. Jesus Christ died for what you are doing right now. You have children. Where is the example? The respect? Christianity is not a costume. It’s not a religion. It’s a relationship with God."

A third said: "Why is it that all you celebs mock Christianity? What's the agenda? And why do y'all hate God so much? I guess the devil is real."
Someone else said: "Unacceptable. No one should ever mock someone else’s religion."
Believe it or not, this isn’t even their first Halloween-costume backlash of the year.
Yesterday, Fox shared snaps of herself as Baywatch star Anderson alongside MGK as Lee with the caption: “But are these even costumes?”

Anderson and Lee dated for several years in the 1990s, but things went sour for the couple and in 1998 Lee was sentenced to six months in prison after he was charged with a felony for spousal battery following an altercation with the actor.
Commenting after Fox shared the photos, one social media user wrote: "Megan Fox and MGK dressed as Tommy Lee and Pamela Anderson as if this wasn’t abusive relationship... what the hell is wrong with people?!
"These are NOT costumes! Pamela experienced trauma during this time! stop this s**t!"

Blasting the couple, another commented: "How disgusting to dress up as a woman and her abuser. Vile."
