Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown has announced she's engaged to boyfriend Jake Bongiovi, having been together for two-and-a-half-years - or, as Brown poetically put it, 'three summers'.
Brown, 19, confirmed the happy news in a cute Instagram post, which showed them both hugging and smiling, with a new ring on show on her left hand.

Quoting Taylor Swift's hit 'Lover', she wrote: "I've loved you three summers now, honey, I want 'em all."
Bongiovi, 20, who is the son of legendary Jon Bon Jovi, also shared the announcement on his own Instagram, simply saying: "Forever."
His post was also accompanied with a couple of snaps of the pair.

Many of Brown's fans were over the moon for the couple, offering up their congratulations in the comments.
One wrote: "OMG CONGRATULATIONS MILLIE!!! Noah should totally be best man. Haha."
Someone else said: "OMG I CAN’T BELIEVE IT CONGRATS I AM SO HAPPY FOR YOU BOTH WOW."
A third added: "Congratulations! You are so cute together."

The couple were first linked in June 2021 after being photographed in New York holding hands.
Bongiovi then added fuel to the fire when he posted a photo of them both sitting in a car, with the caption: "BFF <3."
Since then, they've both featured regularly on one another's feeds, with Brown posting a blurry pic of them embracing on the London Eye in November that year, following it up with a Christmas Day selfie the next month.

In a sweet tribute to Brown on her 19th birthday in February, Bongiovi posted a carousel of photos including one of them napping together, writing: "Another year around the sun together happy 19th to the girl of my dreams. I love you more than words can describe. Everything about you is golden down to the core."
Naturally, after the engagement news, many Stranger Things fans offered their commiserations to Noah Schnapp, who previously had a marriage pact with his co-star.
While promoting season four of the hit Netflix show last year, the pair discussed what they might do if neither of them meets someone in the future – and they said they reckon they would actually make a decent couple.
Brown told MTV News: "We said if we're not married by 40, we'll get married together because we'd be good roomies.

"Completely platonically, we would still be really good roomies."
Speaking to Schnapp, she added: "No kids, though, because I could not deal with a child of yours, yeah, that's my dealbreaker too. Yeah, no kids at all.
"Only dogs, and separate bedrooms, for sure, my God, you're so messy."
