Nicola Peltz’s Valentino bridal gown has some last-minute changes added without her knowledge, and it's actually pretty heartwarming.
Peltz has been making glamorous waves in the fashion world ever since the beginning of her engagement to Brooklyn Beckham, when she wore a yellow gown by her now mother-in-law Victoria Beckham.

On Saturday 9 April, Peltz wedded Beckham at a stylish, luxurious black-tie event held on her family’s sprawling $103 million grounds in Palm Springs, Florida over three days.
Their nuptials – which took place at the costly mansion – involved close to 600 guests including the Williams sisters and actor Eva Longoria.

While Peltz is an American actor known for her role as Bradley Martin Bates Motel, Beckham is an English model and photographer, best known for being the eldest son of English former footballer David Beckham.
Arguably the most beautiful element of the wedding, Peltz’s custom Valentino bridal dress was a real stand out. No detail of the bespoke wedding attire was overlooked by its leading celebrity designer Pierpaolo Piccioli, however, a sweet change was added last minute by the star's mum.

The gown had a few words from her mother Claudia sewn into it, but she hasn’t made known precisely what that was - until now.
It turns out that without Peltz’s knowledge, her mother had called on the tailor to stitch in an evil eye to keep her daughter safe on her big day.
In addition, she told them to use baby-blue thread to carefully embroider 'Nicola, my heart. You are me, I am you. All my love, all my life, my beautiful girl, inside and out. Love, mom.'

At the wedding itself, Claudia looked just like her daughter, and every bit as beautiful. In photos that appeared online, she wore a cobalt blue sequinned custom Versace gown with diamond jewellery.
“I have to hand it to my mum, who [...] put this whole thing together,” Peltz told Vogue.
