YouTuber and former child star Sophia Grace Brownlee has given birth to her first child, having confirmed the arrival on Instagram with a poignant post.
Brownlee, 19, rose to fame as a youngster when she appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show at the age of eight, performing Nicki Minaj's Super Bass with her cousin, Rosie McClelland:
The pair found viral fame when their family posted a video of the energetic rendition of the hit online, impressing the presenter so much that she not only invited them onto the show, but also ended up bringing them back a number of times as a firm favourite act.

The cousins even went on to get their own segment called ‘Tea Time with Sophia Grace and Rosie’, which saw them interview celebrities themselves.
Fast forward more than a decade and Brownlee is now a parent – I know, feel old yet?
Sharing the happy news with fans, she posted a photo of her newborn holding her finger in a sweet black and white snap.

She also shared the baby’s date of birth in the caption, which said: “26.02.23.”
DeGeneres was one of many well-wishers to comment on the post, writing: “Welcome to the world, Nicki Minaj the 3rd!”
Brownlee’s cousin McClelland added: “I love him so much already.”
At the end of January, Brownlee - who is from Essex, England - posted photos from her baby shower, posting in a cream jumpsuit next to a matching balloon arch.

She has also been sharing updates on her pregnancy with fans on YouTube, having announced she was expecting in a video.
At the 21-week stage, she said: “I was very shocked when I first found out, I have got used to it now and I am super, super happy about it and I can't wait to share this journey with you guys.”
She said she had also been to her 20-week scan and that ‘everything was fine’.

The star said she’d struggled with sickness during the pregnancy, explaining: "I have about four months left, at the start of the pregnancy I felt very, very sick for a long time.
"It still comes back sometimes now and it literally ruins your whole day, I don't know why they call it morning sickness because it lasted all day for me, all day long. Thankfully it is sort of going away a little bit."
Brownlee also previously said she decided to take a SneakPeek gender test – a type of blood test that can show the sex of the baby by looking for male chromosomes in the mum's blood – at eight weeks, but didn’t plan on sharing whether she’d be having a little boy or girl ahead of the birth.
