Super Bowl Sunday saw a galaxy of stars attend the major sporting event at the SoFi Stadium in California – but some got a warmer reception than others.
While Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie were applauded for their covid-safe attempt to watch the American football game, the same can’t be said for rapper Kanye West.
Kanye, who attended the game with his eldest children, North and Saint, did not receive a warm reception when his presence was broadcasted on the big screen.

While many people laughed at the crowd’s reaction, others were left concerned for North, with the eight-year-old looking visibly upset by the jeers.
Taking to Twitter, one person wrote: “I for one feel really bad for North. She looks really embarrassed/sad.”

“North can’t wait to go home,” agreed a second.
“IF North is uncomfortable I feel for her because she's a kid and they have her on a damn jumbotron,” said a third.
And a fourth wrote: “Poor kids,” as a fifth agreed: “She [North] doesn’t deserve this.”

Kanye’s visit to the Super Bowl comes just hours after he went on an Instagram rant about ex-wife Kim Kardashian, and her rumoured new boyfriend Pete Davidson.
Speaking to his 12.5 million Instagram followers, the Stronger rapper let rip at comedian Davidson, branding him a “d**head” in a since deleted post.
He also mocked the Saturday Night Live regular’s Hillary Clinton tattoo in a lengthy rant.

After his numerous posts sparked concern, Kanye took to the app with a picture of himself with the date to prove he hadn’t been hacked.
Kanye also expressed his desire to reunite with Kim, writing in all-caps captions: “God please bring our family back together.
“I wish my wife was with me...Kim Kardashian always remember West was your biggest W,” he added.
