Alec Baldwin has finally revealed Melania Trump’s seriously surprising reaction to his controversial Donald Trump impression.
Now, for some context, the 66-year-old 30 Rock star appeared as the President on the late-night Saturday Night Live show from October 2016 to November 2020, even winning an Emmy for the role in 2017 before the role was eventually replaced by A Complete Unknown actor James Austin Johnson.
Earlier this week, Baldwin claimed during a 92nd Street Y event exactly what the First Lady felt about the SNL sketch - and it's at a complete odds with her husband!

Baldwin explained that former Trump press secretary Sean Spicer spilled the beans backstage at the Emmys one year.
According to Baldwin, Spicer said to 'the people of SNL': "Melania watches the show every Saturday night.
"And she points at the TV and says 'That’s what he’s like! That is what he’s like! Exactly! Alec Baldwin is exactly like Donald!'"

The 30 Rock actor continued telling the crowd at the event: "We’re gagging laughing, but it made sense!
"She loves when they give it to him, you know what I mean?"

It would appear, however, that the 78-year-old Republican doesn't share his wife's sense of humour ,as he's taken to social media on numerous occasions to slam the skit.

"Watched Saturday Night Live hit job on me. Time to retire the boring and unfunny show," Trump once tweeted. "Alec Baldwin portrayal stinks. Media rigging election!"
Another instance saw Trump tweeting: "Just tried watching Saturday Night Live - unwatchable! Totally biased, not funny and the Baldwin impersonation just can’t get any worse. Sad."
Trump, who actually hosted the show in November 2015 and April 2004, said in a third separate post a few years back: "I once hosted Saturday Night Live, and the ratings were HUUUGE!

"Now, however, the ratings are lower than ever before, and the show will probably be put to rest."
Just last month (16 February), Saturday Night Live celebrated a pretty monumental milestone.
SNL50: The Anniversary Special celebrated a half-century of the beloved TV programme with a jam-packed programme which featured a number of celebrity cameos like Will Ferrell and Eddie Murphy, who 'scared straight' the Season 50 cast, Pedro Pascal and Bad Bunny in a new 'Domingo' sketch, and Meryl Streep as Kate McKinnon's mum in a new 'Close Encounters'.
The three-and-a-half-hour star-studded affair also featured performances from Steve Martin, John Mulaney, Adam Sandler, Sabrina Carpenter, Lil Wayne, Miley Cyrus, Paul Simon, Brittany Howard, Paul McCartney, and The Roots.
