Amanda Holden has revealed a very peculiar habit she has involving her underwear and fans can't get enough of the candid admission.
The 53-year-old Britain's Got Talent judge regularly shares behind the scenes looks at her personal life on Instagram.
Holden married her husband, record producer Chris Hughes, in 2008 and the two share two children together.

In a recent video, Holden shared a look at how the couple spend their alone time.
Wearing a white robe and sat on the side of a hot tub while holding her puppy, the footage seemed to be picture perfect.
Holden's hair is tied up, complete with a claw clip and a... bobble?
Maybe not, actually.

Holden captioned the post: "My husband just took these photos of me and AirDropped them .. . I thought how romantic until I realised that - s**t yes!! -they are my knickers made into a makeshift scrunchie holding up my hair! who else does this ?!"
Celebs... they're just like us, eh?
Former model Lisa Snowdon commented: "I do this all the time. I love that you’ve got full on gusset showing."

Another said: "Done that so many times. Even used my daughters out of her nursery bag in a moment of desperation once."
While a third joked: "My knickers could make a dressing gown!"
But it seems not everybody has gotten so thrifty with their smalls.
Another wrote: "Never ever used underwear to tie up my hair," leading to a reply of: "Me too lol thought I was the odd one out."

Before wedding Hughes, Holden was married to comedian Les Dennis.
Dennis, 70, and Holden embarked on a relationship together back in 1993 when performing in the stage production of The Sound of Music.
Sadly, things weren't to last.
After tying the knot in 1995, they divorced in 2003.

Dennis confided in fellow comedian Richard Herring in an interview, admitting the moment he knew the relationship was doomed - and it was all due to an age-gap jibe from a handyman.
He said: “I remember one day in our house in Highgate, it was Grand National Day and the plumber was there to fix the washing machine.
"And Amanda came running and said, ‘We need to put a bet on’, so [I gave her] ten quid and she went, ‘Oh we need to put more than that on’. So I went, ‘Twenty?’
"And the plumber went, ‘Kids, eh?’ Maybe I should have known then."
