Angelina Jolie had a very blunt response when recently probed about her relationship with ex-husband Brad Pitt.
Jolie was in a high-profile relationship with Pitt from 2006, after they met and fell in love on the set of Mr & Mrs Smith.
They went on to become married in 2014, before going their separate ways in 2016.

Together, they share six children - four of which were adopted.
Since the split, Jolie has alleged that Pitt was physically and verbally abusive to herself and their children while flying on a private jet in 2016 - claims that Pitt has denied.
Following the split, 60-year-old Pitt attempted to sue his ex-wife for selling her share of their jointly-purchased French winery Chateau Miraval to a third party.

Three of their children - Zahara, Vivienne and Shiloh - have also gone on to drop 'Pitt' from their surnames.
Shiloh's name change has been done legally, with her lawyer Peter Levine publicly stating to PEOPLE: "The media should be more careful in their reporting, especially when covering a young adult who has made an independent and significant decision following painful events, and is merely following legal process."
And now, in a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Jolie made a rare comment regarding Pitt.

Reporter Rebecca Keegan asked Jolie: "May I ask what the status of your divorce is?"
To which Jolie responded simply: "No."
Keegan noted in her profile of Jolie that the 49-year-old actress drew 'firm boundaries' with regards to some topics.
She added that Jolie went to efforts to explain that years ago in Hollywood 'you could have this messy private process and the work spoke. Now, the audience’s relationship is different. I’m trying to get used to what to share'.

Jolie also acknowledged in the interview that as a result of her divorce, she has to live in L.A., but once her youngest children turns 18, she will be moving.
Jolie's youngest are twins Vivienne and Knox, who are 16-years-old.
Jolie stated: "I grew up in this town. I am here because I have to be here from a divorce, but as soon as they’re 18, I’ll be able to leave.

"When you have a big family, you want them to have privacy, peace, safety. I have a house now to raise my children, but sometimes this place can be … that humanity that I found across the world is not what I grew up with here."
Jolie then went on to add: "[After Los Angeles,] I’ll spend a lot of time in Cambodia. I’ll spend time visiting my family members wherever they may be in the world."
