The message Ben Affleck left on Jennifer Lopez's engagement ring now appears to be rather awkward, as anticipation builds for the release of his new film.
Fans are waiting with baiting breath for the release of Unstoppable, a movie produced by Ben starring his ex-wife Jennifer, that was shot when the pair were still married.
And while bumbling into your ex is on the bottom of things you wish to happen following your split, it might be happening for 'Bennifer' sooner than you might think.

Unstoppable is set to premiere on 6 September at the Toronto International Film Festival - but will the two make an appearance, followed by a particularly awkward encounter?
We'll have to wait and see.
The couple started dating in the early 00s but after calling it quits on their engagement, they rekindled their love over two decades later when they finally got wed in 2022.

But our noughties nostalgia dreams were crushed yet again, when it was announced in August this year that Jennifer had filed for a divorce.
Court documents show that both will need to disclose their financial information, including current income, expenses, properties and debts.
The document, which did not list any details of a prenup, included confirmation that Jen and Ben are required to share any changes to their finances 'until there is a final agreement about all financial issues in your case'.
The date of their separation was stated as 26 April, 2024, following months of breakup rumours.

But it seems as though JLo really wanted to add fuel to the fire, after she filed for divorce on the day of their wedding anniversary.
People are now combing through any and all details they can find that suggested they were heading for a split.
Good Will Hunting star, Ben, proposed to JLo with a ring estimated to be worth $5 million.

But beyond the initial appearance of the stunning emerald cut, pale green diamond was something which is now probably quite awkward.
Engraved in the ring were the words 'not going anywhere'.
JLo first revealed this fact during a chat with Apple Music's Zane Lowe in 2022.
She explained that it was sentimental as that had been how he would sign off his emails following the two getting back in touch.

Another unfortunate choice that was made by the duo is matching tattoos.
Jen revealed the ink on Instagram in 2023 to mark Valentine's Day.
On JLo’s ribcage tattoo is an infinity symbol which features their initials embedded within the lines.
On the other hand, Ben opted for two crossed arrows with their initials on the side of his torso.
Jen posted the photos alongside the caption: "Commitment. Happy Valentine’s Day my love (Look for more deets on VDay coming #OnTheJLo soon…)
“#CommitmentIsSexy #ThisIsUsThen #ThisIsUsNow #THISISMENOW."
