It seems even children of the ultra-famous aren’t immune from bullies.
Ex-supermodel Christy Turlington has opened up about her children being taunted by bullies because of her career.
The 55-year-old runway model is internationally known for representing luxury brands all over the globe.

In her heyday, her peers included Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell and Cindy Crawford.
She signed a top contract with Calvin Klein at just 19-years-old and was catapulted to global fame.
She was at the top of her game and one of the highest-paid models of the time, but left it behind at only 26 to focus on her education.

She then became a mother of two.
Her children are Grace, 21, and son Finn, 17, who she shares with her husband, the actor Ed Burns.
For a lot of high fashion models, nude shoots is part and parcel of being in the industry and Christy Turlington is no exception
Speaking to Harper’s Bazaar, Christy opened up about her past shoots being used to bully her son.

She recalled an instance where she attended her son’s basketball game, and her shock when discovering the opposite team were passing round a nude photo of her in order to taunt him.
The school soon got involved in the heckling tactic.
She said: “I was surprised it hadn’t happened sooner.

“But at the same time, I was like, 'This is so rude!'”
She continued: All I wanted to do was disappear.
Though she reassured: “I don’t feel embarrassed about anything.
“Regretting things is a waste of time.”

Hear, hear!
As for her future in the industry, Christy admitted that she doesn’t ‘particularly like walking in fashion shows’.
Since stepping aside from being in the industry full time, she has walked just three catwalks in the past decade.
But, of course, for huge names – Marc Jacobs when she was 50-years-old and Ralph Lauren and Pucci.
Slay!
We’re sure her son is much more proud of her than he is bothered by the taunts.
