We all love our kip, which is why many of us who are only able to get a few hours of sweet sleep a night are constantly dreaming about more (thank you, children).
Those who are sleep deprived are also pretty jealous of those who sleep the night away!
Just like this celebrity who has shocked fans by admitting to how many hours she gets to lie in bed.
Apparently, actor Dakota Johnson sleeps 14 hours a night, and cannot sleep less than 10 hours.

Obviously, sleep is very important to anyone, but the average person doesn’t sleep for that long- rather, cannot due to home and work commitments.
Not only is shuteye essential for your brain performance, health, and mood, but it’s also important for your energy levels.
Dakota is seriously getting her fill in.
The 50 Shades of Grey actor told the Wall Street Journal: "I’m not functional if I get less than 10. I can easily go 14 hours.

"I don’t have a regular [wake-up] time. It depends on what’s happening in my life. If I’m not working, if I have a day off on a Monday, then I will sleep as long as I can. Sleep is my number one priority in life."
Dakota’s also opened up about her self-care routine, as she explained: "I will get in a bathtub at any moment, any time of the day. If in the middle of the day, I’m like, 'Oh God, what is this world?' I’ll get in the bathtub. I find water really grounding."
If that’s not enough, she also prioritises exercise five days a week using a combination of bodyweight training, hot yoga, and pilates.

Keeping her mental health level, she meditates twice a day, adding: "I do transcendental meditation. I’ve been really into breathwork recently and that’s been helping me a lot with anxiety."
As Dakota has spoken about her mental health and depression, sharing that this has been something she has struggled with since she was a teenager, she maintains a great routine to combat this.
Talking to Marie Claire in 2020, she said: "That was when, with the help of professionals, I was like, 'Oh, this is a thing I can fall into.'

"But I've learned to find it beautiful because I feel the world. I guess I have a lot of complexities, but they don't pour out of me. I don't make it anyone else's problem."
Maybe 10-14 hours of sleep each night is a great place to start!
