Dwayne Johnson had seriously shocking admission about ‘nightmare’ time he lost virginity and police got involved

Dwayne and his girlfriend at the time had a very awkward moment...

Dwayne Johnson was asked about the time he lost his virginity and he admitted he would have done a few things differently.

In the years before the Hollywood actor and professional wrestler starred in blockbusters or faced opponents in the ring, he found himself in a ‘nightmare’ situation when both he and his girlfriend started getting intimate in a park.

But the public setting is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to peak awkwardness. When asked by Elle if he would have done anything differently, he told Elle: “I would not have been in a park. I would have preferred not to have been caught by the cops.”

And yet, things became even more tricky for Dwayne, as the cops proceeded to pry information about what was going on between the pair.

“We shouldn’t have been in the park in the first place,” Dwayne reflected. “All of a sudden, a big spotlight came on us. Bang. You hear the cop roll down the window and say, ‘Ma’am, are you okay? Will you come to the car?’”

The Jumanji actor remembers his girlfriend at the time getting dressed and going to the police car. “They say,’Are you being attacked?’ She says, ‘No that’s my boyfriend.’ It was a complete nightmare.”

Thankfully he has managed to put the situation behind him, and it's now just a funny story. Dwayne did not reveal who his mystery girlfriend was at the time. In 1997 he married film producer and businesswoman Dany Garcia. The pair met when they were both University of Miami students in the early 1990s and together they have one child, a daughter named Simone. They divorced in 2008, and in 2019 he married his current wife, Lauren Hashian, with whom he has two daughters, Jasmine and Tiana.

Speaking to People magazine in 2012, Dwayne shared how lucky he felt to have found love again: “I was so fortunate to have fallen in love once,” he said. “To fall in love again? That’s a hard thing to do twice in the position I’m in. I’m one lucky son of a b***h.”

Dwayne will return as Maui in Moana 2 which will be released 27 November, 2024.
