The US's political landscape has impacted many and after the recent presidential election, it's seen some consider whether they want to stay in the country at all.
One celebrity who has spoken up about her exit is former talk show host Ellen DeGeneres, who has now vowed to 'never return', alongside wife Portia de Rossi and their children.
An anonymous source close to the couple told The Wrap that they have now settled in the Cotswolds and have no intention of heading back to America, especially not whilst Trump remains in charge.

It's a big change for the couple, who were previously avid property investors in Los Angeles and owned multiple properties, including some in Santa Barbara.
According to Site Line, the couple are said to have invested at least $350 million since 2006 on Santa Barbara properties.
Yet, Ellen's move out of the US might not be down to purely politics and women's rights, which have been heavily protested and debated since Trump came in.

In Ellen's recent Netflix comedy special she joked: "I got kicked out of show business."
Her Netflix special 'For Your Approval' launched in September and is the first major project since she left her long running talk show amid controversy that it had a toxic culture.
In April this year, Ellen had revealed that the scandal around her show had a deep impact, when she told Rolling Stone that it had a 'toll on my ego and my self-esteem' as she added that the 'extremes in this business' were difficult.
Ellen also isn't the only high profile star that appears to have quit the US after Trump came into power as earlier this month, Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria has also swapped the US for somewhere new.

The Latino star has moved out of the US and now splits her time between Spain and Mexico.
She previously said to Marie Claire: "I’m privileged. I get to escape and go somewhere.
"Most Americans aren’t so lucky. They’re going to be stuck in this dystopian country, and my anxiety and sadness is for them."

However, she did add this week to TV show The View that her move wasn't purely down to Trump as she told host Ana Navarro: "Will you please let them know I didn't move out of the United States because of Trump?"
She added: "I've been in Europe for almost three years.
"By the way, the article says that. People just grabbed some clickbait stuff to be divisive, which makes me so sad, you know.
"Everything you say is just meant to be divisive when we can't be that way right now."
