Bianca Censori made quite the statement during the 67th Annual Grammy Awards ceremony yesterday (2 February), and it's left fans questioning whether her controversial outfit could land her in trouble.
The 30-year-old Aussie model rocked up to the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles alongside her husband, Kanye West, 47, and seriously shocked fans with her NSFW Grammys get-up.
And now, Censori's fans are questioning whether she could risk jail time over her statement look under California law.
Censori was seen wearing a plush fur coat, which she later removed to reveal a completely mesh skin-coloured mini dress, revealing her breasts and nether regions.

Fans at home were totalled stunned by the risqué outfit, with one hitting out on Twitter: "Holy Cow how do you get away with that and where are your clothes??"
Another critic wrote: "How is Bianca’s dressing at the Grammys legal? Or her husband (Kanye West) is a billionaire so she gets a pass?"
Others, however, rushed in to defend Censori with one admitting: "People are losing their minds over this, but I love it.

"I can't watch a TV show these days without exploitative male nudity, so this is equality."
A second agreed, adding: "Her body, her choice right?"
But another viewer claimed the whole ordeal was simply a 'moral issue'.
They alleged: "It’s indecent exposure. That’s the issue. It’s a moral question.

"Up to her if she wants to go to nudist beach etc, but if in public she’d be arrested, why should it be different here?"
California Penal Code 314 defines indecent exposure as when someone: "1. Exposes his person, or the private parts thereof, in any public place, or in any place where there are present other persons to be offended or annoyed thereby ; or,
"2. Procures, counsels, or assists any person so to expose himself or take part in any model artist exhibition, or to make any other exhibition of himself to public view, or the view of any number of persons, such as is offensive to decency, or is adapted to excite to vicious or lewd thoughts or acts."

Indecent exposure can reportedly be punishable by up to six months in prison or a fine of up to $1,000.
Tyla has reached out to Bianca Censori's representatives for further comment on the matter.
West himself has spoken out on the controversial look as he penned a now-deleted post on Instagram paying tribute to his wife.
West revealed the dress was a custom couture piece created for Censori's appearance at the Grammys.

It read: "Custom Couture Grammy dress for the most beautiful ever.
"My love, my best friend and my wife."
While there was some speculation that the duo were asked to leave the A-lister event, Variety reports that West and Censori 'walked the carpet, got in his car and left'.
They might not have been there for long but it's safe to say they made an impact.
Grammys 2025 most shocking fashion moments
Jaden Smith
Along with his classic black tuxedo, Jaden Smith opted for an unusual headpiece which included a castle with a tiny cut-out hole for his face.
Some fans think he was referencing Willem Dafoe who was famously pictured wearing a similar headpiece during a GQ Italy shoot centred on the notion 'Home Is Where Your Head Is'.
Jennifer Lopez
The singer left fans divided over her outfit as she rocked up donning a black cropped turtleneck top alongside a structured sheer skirt by Stéphane Rolland.
While some fans loved the out-there look, others brutally said it looked as though she'd forgotten to pull her dress up all the way. Yikes.
Julia Fox
The Uncut Gems actress strutted her stuff on the red carpet sporting an all-black ensemble including an oversized leather jacket along with statement yellow latex gloves.
Safe to say some fans were baffled by the hand gear, as one joked they'd been 'looking for' their cleaning gloves.
Markos D1
The LA recording artist was joined by a special guest on the Grammys red carpet... a glittery, bejewelled snake.
Alongside his slithery friend, he opted for a simple satin black suit.
Shawn Everett
Looks like Julia Fox wasn't the only one going for a statement glove...
Canadian music producer Everett went all out sporty on the carpet, pairing a red Adidas zip-up dress with eye-popping red latex gloves and tights.
