Being a new parent is a time fraught with concerns about the safety of your baby, and in the modern age, it can be a big decision whether to show your baby online.
That parenting decision must be even harder when you're a celebrity with millions of people interested in your life.
The Little Mermaid star Halle Bailey has expressed her upset after her choice wasn't respected, and her young baby was shown on livestream.

Halle has hit out at her ex and father of her baby, DDG, after he showed their son Halo on social media to millions of followers.
She split from the rapper - real name Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr - last month after three years together, and recently criticised his actions regarding their child in a now-deleted X post.
DDG had shown their son on YouTube star Kai Cenat's Twitch livestream.

Cenat has a whopping 13.8million followers, and Halle was 'extremely upset' that so many people had seen their baby without her consent.
In her social media post, Halle wrote: "Hi everyone. Just so you know I am out of town and I don't approve of my baby being on a stream tonight."
She continued: "I wasn't told or notified and I am extremely upset to have my baby in front of millions of people.
"I am his mother and protector and saddened that I wasn't notified especially when I am out of town," she fumed.

In an also-deleted reply, she opened up about her health following the birth of her son: "As a woman experiencing severe postpartum, there are boundaries that I wish to be respected. No one knows what someone is going through until they snap."
Fans have shared their support for Halle: "Totally understandable, boundaries are important, especially during such a sensitive time. Hope they can work things out", said one reply.
"Respect her boundaries—postpartum is no joke", insisted another.

However, some other fans urged the star to keep the argument 'offline' for the sake of their son, and to talk to DDG privately.
"Why bring problems on to social media? Call him instead. Simple", stated one.
"What exactly is telling Twitter gonna do for you?", said another, while some critics accused the new mum of hypocrisy pointing out that millions of her followers have seen Halo's face on her X and Instagram accounts.
Some of her fans argued that it was different, as it was a livestream belonging to a third party, with an enormous amount of followers.

Halle had previously kept the pregnancy and birth under wraps for a long time, explaining: "'There was no way in hell I was going to share the biggest joy of my world with anyone. Halo was my gift. He is the greatest blessing, and I had no obligation to expose him, me, or my family to that."
