Hilary Duff’s husband has responded to online trolls convinced she'd had Botox injections, and it's safe to say he did not hold back.
American singer-songwriter Matthew Koma, 37, hit back at one person who commented on one of the 37-year-old Lizzie McGuire star's latest Instagram posts.
The post in question showed a series of three stunning close-up beauty snaps and was uploaded earlier this week on Tuesday (15 April).

And while many people were singing the star's praises in the comments, some took to speculating about Botox.
The individual in question penned in a comment which, at the time of writing, has 34 likes: "Why did she do Botox, I swear to god everyone else is the same?"

Koma didn't hesitate to fire back with a pretty iconic three-word response: "Get fckd [sic] butterfly," referring to the person's username handle.

Understandably, fans have since rushed to the comments to share their reactions to his comeback, with one person writing: "Who cares what she does with her body/face? Why even comment? She's a kind person many of us looked up to growing up and she can do whatever she wants. Hating on other women is so toxic."
A second praised: "Showing everyone how great husbands stick up for their wives."
"Honestly she’s a working mom, gave birth to 4 children .. she can [do] whatever the heck makes her feel good. I’ve had one child … 31 years ago… and I need Botox !!!" a third chimed in.
Duff and Koma, who tied the knot back in 2019, share three daughters together; Banks, six, Mae, four, and little 11-month-old Townes.

Duff, who is also mother to 13-year-old son, Luca who she shares with her ex-husband, Candian ice hockey player, Mike Comrie, previously addressed Botox claims in a 2022 interview with Women’s Health.
Sharing her thoughts on the pressure certain are put under in order to look a certain way, the actress explained: "We bust our ass to get our bodies in shape and to look the best we can. We get facials and Botox and our hair done and highlights and brows and lash lifts and all this sh*t.
"But I want to work on the inside. That’s the most important part of the system."

Duff, who posed nude for the cover, explained her reasoning behind this choice, telling the outlet: "I’m proud of my body. I’m proud that it’s produced three children for me. I’ve gotten to a place of being peaceful with the changes my body has gone through.
"I also want people to know a makeup artist was there putting glow all over my body and someone put me in the most flattering position."
