Hilary Duff has shocked fans after announcing she's expecting her fourth child, doing so in an extremely festive way.
The Lizzie McGuire star took to Instagram to share the happy news with fans, posting a snap of her family Christmas card along with the caption: "Surprise Surprise!"

The actor, 36, revealed she and husband Matthew Koma were 'adding one more to this crazy bunch' in the adorable card which featured Duff dressed in PJs and cradling her baby bump alongside Koma and her kids.
"So much for silent nights," the card went on. "Love, the Duff-Bair-Comrie Crew."
The Disney alum shares two daughters - Banks, 5, and Mae, 2, with Koma, as well as son Luca, 11, with ex-husband Mike Comrie.
Koma also shared the exciting baby news on his own Instagram account, reposting a close-up of the Christmas card snap with the caption: "Baby #4 is loading..."

Hilariously, he then tagged the location of the post as 'Vasectomy clinic.'
Comments from fellow celebs and fans came pouring in following the exciting announcement, with Pretty Little Liars actor Lucy Hale gushing: "Ahh Congrats you guys!"
"The chaos and the love in that pic is what life is allllllllll about!" wrote another well-wisher, while actor Elle Fanning simply commented: "woohoooo."

Duff previously spoke to People about what life as a mum-of-three was like, admitting that she 'loves the mayhem'.

"It's a learning curve to throw a newborn into the mix," she said after welcoming daughter Mae. "A lot of people have been like, 'That third kid really gets you.' And they're right!"
The actor also gushed over her husband, saying how much of an 'amazing dad' he is.
"In this time of breastfeeding and craziness, he was like, 'I'm just going to be your assistant because I think that's how I'm going to be the most help to you in this timeframe'," she said.
"He has this really amazing way of looking at the big picture where I'm very much like, right-here-right-now — and he zooms out."

Duff and Koma first met in 2015 while working on Duff's album Breathe In. Breathe Out.
After dating on and off for years, the pair finally got engaged in May 2019 and tied the knot in the following December.
