It's been almost a year since Hollywood superstar Hilary Swank revealed she'd welcomed her first child - or children, we should say.
The Million Dollar Baby actress, 49, took to both social media and television in October 2022 to disclose that she and husband, entrepreneur Philip Schneider, were expecting twins the following year.
The Oscar-winning star broke the delightful news on Good Morning America, before making it Instagram-official.

"This is something that I’ve been wanting for a long time," she gushed at the time. "My next thing is I’m gonna be a mom. And not just of one but of two."
Six months later, returning to Instagram, the on-screen star revealed that the couple - who tied the knot back in 2018 - had welcomed a newborn son and daughter.
"It wasn’t easy. But boy (and girl!) was it worth it. Happy Easter. Posting from pure heaven," she captioned a gorgeous photo of the tiny twosome resting their heads on her shoulder as the new family looked out over the ocean.

In the days that followed her announcement, the P.S. I Love You favourite opened up about her decision to have children later in life, defending the choice for women to put their careers first.
“I was having a career and not having the right relationship until four years ago, and all the elements needed to come together and be right," she told Extra.
And by the sounds of it, her reasoning is something a lot of older mums can identify with on their journey to parenting.
She continued: "It’s just something I thought about, even as a young girl.

“It’s something that was on my mind, so it’s nice to be here and just be pregnant."
Since then, the mother-of-two has seemingly preferred to keep some aspects of her personal life private, only sharing a handful of glimpses into motherhood online.
Hilary opted not to reveal when exactly she'd given birth to her tiny tots, and kept their names under wraps... until today!

Taking to Instagram once again, the star showed off her 10-month-old toddlers enjoying a day at the beach, having written their names - Aya and Ohm - in the sand behind them.
"I have a busy week of talk shows ahead where I’ll be sharing about my new film and a fun partnership, but I figured what better day to share the names of my two little loves with you all first," Hilary penned in the caption.
"Happy Valentine’s Day. P.S. Who else has babies that think sand is edible?."
Fans quickly began complimenting the actress on her choice of baby names.
