Rebekah Vardy has hit back at the 'Wagatha Christie' comments made on I'm A Celeb with a subtle dig.
Now, ever since Coleen Rooney was announced as one of the contestants on this year's instalment of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!, we've been patiently waiting to see if we'd get any further insight into the extremely infamous 2022 trial, which saw a courtroom battle with fellow WAG Rebekah.
And, just one episode in, ITV viewers were already treated to two mentions of the scandal, much to their delight.
Straight off the bat, Ant and Dec made a 'hilarious' joke about Coleen.

Discussing the WAG's appearance on the show, Dec teased: "Of course, we've got Coleen Rooney - it'll be nice for Coleen to face a trial that doesn't involve Rebekah Vardy for a change!"
And then, fellow contestant Dean McCullough left viewers cringing as he made an 'awkward' comment to the WAG.
Out of a line-up of stranded celebs, the Radio One DJ walked up to Coleen before grabbing her hand, running off with her, and yelling out, 'Wagatha Christie, you're coming with me!', referencing the iconic nickname given to the WAGs' notorious spat.
And let's just say, the comment went down a hoot with viewers - as well as Coleen, who herself let out a stream of laughs afterwards.

Since then, Rebekah has taken to Instagram to share her thoughts following last night's episode.
She posted a snap of her lying down looking quite relaxed in what appeared to be a waterfall to her story along with the caption: "That feeling when you are living rent-free in people's heads."
Rebekah added: "Can't wait for tomorrow's column @thesun."

Before heading into the camp, Coleen explained that she wanted to leave the whole 'Wagatha Christie' saga behind her.
She shared: "That’s a place that I’ve been, I’ve dealt with it. In my life now, I’m just moving forward and not looking back.
"That’s something I’ve done my whole life, dealt with things, moved forward at the time and got on.
"There are more important things to think about with the family and kids."

The mum-of-four also said she is going on I’m A Celeb 'for me' and 'not for anyone else', adding that she no longer wanted to be known as Wagatha Christie.
"I think I’d rather just be known as Coleen from Liverpool. Not from any other type of place," she said.
"It’s just me, as I always have been. So hopefully people just think she’s that Scouser that she’s always been."
