Fans think Joe Rogan accurately predicted the raging Californian wildfires months before the flames forced scores of residents from their homes.
It’s understood a whopping 130,000 people have been evacuated from neighbourhoods in Los Angeles after a wind-fuelled blaze broke out on Tuesday evening (January 7).
Five people have reportedly died in the wildfire, which continues to ravage neighbourhoods in the US state.
Tragically, more than 1,000 buildings have been destroyed in the fire, including Paris Hilton’s abode - which she ‘watched burn on live TV’ - as well as properties owned by Ricki Lake, Borstal Boy star James Woods, and Diane Warren.

Meanwhile, Jamie Lee Curtis, who has since confirmed her home is still standing despite the fire, has appeared on Jimmy Fallon’s The Tonight Show to implore people across the world to donate to charitable causes like the American Red Cross.
“They will come in and help people. Do anything you can, anything in your community to help people. Whether you need it or not now, you will need it. Give blood, donate, animal shelters.”
Wildfires in California aren’t uncommon. However, strong winds and months’ worth of drought have caused this blaze to spiral out of control.
LA police department chief James McDonnell remarking he has ‘never seen anything like this', The Guardian reported.

In the wave of the devastation, fans of Joe Rogan, 57, have recalled the moment the star discussed the dangers of a widespread fire last year.
"I talked to a fireman once. This is one of the reasons it freaked me out,” he said on an episode of The Joe Rogan Experience.
"He goes: 'Dude, one day, it's going to be the right wind, and the fire's going to start in the right place, and it's going to burn through LA all the way to the ocean. And there's not a f***ing thing we can do about it.”

Rogan continued, claiming the firefighter told him ‘we just get lucky' when it comes to the extent of the wildfires the city has had in previous years.
“These fires are so big, dude," the commentator continued.
"They're talking about thousands of acres that are burning simultaneously with, like, 40mph winds.
"The wind's just blowing embers through the air and those embers are landing on roofs, and those houses are going up [in flames]."

Rogan added: "It happens in a way that's so spread out that there's nothing [the fire department] can do."
In response to the resurfaced clip, one social media user wrote: "Why did nobody prepare for this scenario."
"Behind-the-scenes all professionals know the worst case scenarios. An even then they aren’t prepared," commented someone else.

A third typed: "Joe literally cooked."
Thousands of firefighters are currently on the ground battling at least five different wildfires: The Palisades Fire, the Eaton Fire, the Sunset Fire, the Hurst Fire, and the Lidia Fire, CBS reports.
Red flag warnings issued by the National Weather Service (NWS) Los Angeles and Oxnard CA are expected to stay in place until tomorrow (10 January) with displaced residents remaining in limbo regarding their return to their neighbourhoods.
You can support those affected by the fires by donating to the Red Cross online, by calling (800) 733-2767 or texting REDCROSS to 90999.
