Everything JoJo Siwa has said about Kath Ebbs split and Chris Hughes relationship as she breaks silence on Big Brother wrap party

The 21-year-old Dance Moms star revealed exactly where she and Chris stood following their time on the ITV programme

This is all you need to know about what JoJo Siwa has said about her split from Kath Ebbs as well as her relationship with Chris Hughes now that she has broken her silence on what went down at the Celebrity Big Brother wrap party.

The latest season of the hit ITV series has been an eventful one indeed. We watched on in utter shock as Mickey Rourke, 72, made a number of homophobic remarks towards 21-year-old JoJo.

We saw JoJo bravely open up about her sexuality as she shared with fans she no longer identified as a 'lesbian' and we followed the growing friendship between JoJo and 32-year-old former Love Island star, Chris Hughes, blossom throughout the weeks.

Now, there has particularly been a whole load of chatter online regarding the latter point, with many CBB viewers hitting out at the pair for being too ‘flirty’ with one another - despite the fact that JoJo was in a relationship with 27-year-old Kath on the outside.

The split

It was actually Kath who first announced the split who took to Instagram over the weekend (26 April) to explain that they were dumped by JoJo at the show's after party.

They said: "In the last eight hours I flew here and went to the live show to show up for my partner, and support them in their experience and later on address my feelings of hurt, and work through them. Like all relationships do.

"But before I could even get back to the hotel I… it’s actually crazy… I went to the afterparty with my now ex, and was dumped in the party.

"I was told there were confused feelings there and they had realised in the house I wasn’t the person they wanted to spend the foreseeable with."

On their Instagram Stories, Kath also added that 'the internet was right for once'.

What has JoJo Siwa said about her time on CBB?

Two days after Kath's bombshell announcement, JoJo appeared on alongside Chris during a segment on This Morning earlier today (28 April) where she opened up about her experience on CBB.

Explaining that she found the first two days of the experience 'fun', the 'Karma' singer continued: "Day three, I was now in my own thoughts, away from everyone that I know, away from outside opinions, away from everything, and I sat with myself.

"And from that point on, I really realised things that I was OK with in my life that I should never have been OK with in the first place."

What has JoJo Siwa said about her relationship with ex Kath Ebbs?

Presenter Cat Deeley then asked JoJo: "Do you mean your relationship?"

JoJo responded: "So many things, that is one of them, but so many things. And then I, you know, obviously I wanted to hold them inside, though, because I didn't want to air that out very publicly.

"But there were countless things that I was like, that's not, you know, something that I should be OK with and I don't need to be OK with and I'm not happy, and I knew as soon as I got out, I wanted to fix things in my life and make the changes that I needed to make.

"Because I don't know, I think you have this experience that's so exhilarating. It's 20 days, but it feels like it's four and a half years, and the first thing you want to do when you get out is just exactly what you need to do in your life to make it as good as you can.

"And I think I realised just how not great things were that I was pretending they were great. And it's been hard, but it's been good. And I'm very happy with where I am now. I'm very grateful."

What has JoJo Siwa said about the CBB wrap party?

During the interview, presenter Ben Shephard interjected: "You did it very quickly. I mean, you sort of made those changes at the wrap party, by all accounts. And your ex has sort of come out and talked about that as well. So that's obviously gonna shine the light on it."

"Yeah," JoJo replied. "I'll be honest, that was not a plan, that was not an intention, that was not supposed to happen like that."

Sharing details about what apparently went down during the wrap party, she carried on: "Initially, I was told that, you know, the wrap party was something they didn't want to attend.

"And then about an hour into the wrap party, they decided they wanted to, and so I was genuinely just going to have a conversation before, and then it just led to another.

"They straight up asked me if I was happy, and I said no. And, you know, one thing led to another, and that conversation did take place there."

What has JoJo Siwa said about her relationship with Chris Hughes?

Looking at Chris - who JoJo has been very close to throughout CBB - JoJo added: "I'm very grateful that I had you in there for support and for comfort. Because even though you didn't know what was going on in my brain, you were still obviously and still obviously are like support."

"Our friendship is just a really strong bond between two people, which is just a strong friendship," Chris later explained.

"And I think you can have, like a soulmate friendship. I think that's a thing.

"And to me, it's like that energy of where it's not like the standard friendship that you have with your friends, but it's, you know, it's still a friendship."

He continued: "You know, we are friends and it's just nice, and I found it strange because it was such a strong friendship.

"But having someone in there to go through an experience like that and have someone there every day when you're emotional, when you're down, when you're happy, that was beautiful.

"Like that is a genuinely an amazing thing. And probably my favourite thing I got from the whole show."

And, when asked if she would like the friendship to turn 'romantic', JoJo revealed: "Look, he's a great guy. It is platonic. We have a lot of fun together.

"Life is life, and I don't know any future of anything, but I'm really grateful for our dynamic that we have, and our bond that we have, and whatever life does, life will do."
