Justin Bieber fans think he ‘manifested his whole life’ as interview resurfaces following birth of first child

Justin Bieber fans think he ‘manifested his whole life’ as interview resurfaces following birth of first child

Beliebers have been delving into the 'Sorry' singer's past interactions following the birth of his son

Justin Bieber fans are convinced he’s been 'manifesting his life' for the last 14 years - with old videos, interactions and interviews resurfacing to seal the deal.

On Friday (23 August) Justin, 30, and his wife Hailey Bieber, 27, announced the birth of their first child, Jack Blues Bieber.

Following the couple’s newest arrival, fans of the musician have been delving through his digital footprint and uncovered some examples of family and marriage manifestation.

According to the British Psychological Society, manifestation is a belief that you can simply attract success through positive self-talk and visualisation.

Despite the trend taking over TikTok, there is little academic proof that it exists.

However, it hasn’t stopped Beliebers from crediting Justin’s past words for his current successes.

One of the resurfaced incidents sees the two-time Grammy winner discussing how he hopes to start a family in the next ten years.

The conversation took place between the Canadian and James Corden during an episode of Carpool Karaoke in 2015.

At the time, James, 46, drove Justin through Los Angeles and asked the star to outline his hopes and dreams for the next decade.

“Where does Justin Bieber want to be in 10 years time?,” the Gavin and Stacey star said.

“I just want to be completely secure in myself,” Justin replied. “Have a family.”

After watching the recently resurfaced interview moment, one YouTube viewer commented: “Ten years have passed and you did what you said. You have your family and a baby Bieber comes along!!”

A second typed: “He said in ten years he wanted to have a family, and 9 years later his wife is pregnant.”

But it appears Justin’s Carpool Karaoke appearance isn’t the only time he may have practised manifesting.

In 2010, the ‘Sorry’ hitmaker took to X, then known as Twitter, and wrote: “On the phone telling this Brazilian [man] how all I want is a nice Brazilian girl.

“He asks me what’s my fav colour… I say, Brazilian girl. haha.”

Interestingly, Justin ended up marrying Hailey, whose maternal grandfather is Brazilian musician and producer Eumir Deodato, 81.

Born in Rio de Janeiro, Eumir won a Grammy Award in 1974 for his hit ‘Also Sprach Zarathustra (2001)’ and has produced and arranged music for the likes of Frank Sinatra, Björk and Kool & the Gang.

Speaking about growing up in a blended Brazilian household, the Rhode Cosmetics founder said to Refinery29: “Beauty and wellness was prominent in my household, my mom is from Brazil, and she’s always been invested in taking care of herself.”

Another instance of manifesting fans have picked up on also comes from Justin’s X account in 2010.

On December 29, he took to the website and wrote: “You’re my boy blue!!”

14 years later, the ‘Baby’ singer posted a picture of his newborn child’s foot on Instagram and announced his name was Jack Blues Bieber.

A fourth and final moment fans have picked up on is a GQ interview Justin completed in 2016.

During the chat with American journalist Caity Weaver, the Drew House co-founder claimed he didn’t want to ‘damage’ his then-rumoured relationship with Hailey by ‘rushing into it’.

“I know that in the past I’ve hurt people and said things that I didn’t mean to make them happy in the moment,” he explained.

“So now I’m just more so looking at the future, making sure I’m not damaging them. What if Hailey ends up being the girl I’m gonna marry, right?"

“If I rush into anything, if I damage her, then it’s always gonna be damaged. It’s really hard to fix wounds like that,” he added. “It’s so hard.… I just don’t want to hurt her.”

Two years later, the pair said ‘I do’ at a New York City courthouse before splashing out a reported $500,000 (£379,000) on a second star-studded event at the Palmetto Bluff hotel in South Carolina.

Following the multitude of presumed ‘manifestations’, fans have been taking to social media to have their say.

One X user wrote: “Now THIS is a full circle moment!”

A second said: “Fair enough man manifested it,” while someone else joked: “Not you giving us a hint 14 years ago.”

Another user commented: “Nah he predicted his own future.”
