Khloé Kardashian has opened up about why her divorce from Lamar Odom was harder than her split from Tristan Thompson.
Anyone familiar with the Kardashians will realize what a big statement that is for Khloe, considering Tristan cheated on her multiple times.
The candid confession was made on her podcast Khloé In Wonderland.

Speaking to Jay Shetty, the 40-year-old said: "With my first husband, I was younger and I think that was a lot harder for me.
"But what’s interesting was with each relationship where something bad has happened, I didn’t take it and was like, ‘Whoa is me. I’m this victim.'
"I took it more like, ‘Okay, that’s another layer of armor that I’m putting on myself that I can get through anything else that happens in my life, but it’s also not going to harden me for my next relationship.'"

The reality star is of the firm belief that you shouldn't take baggage from a previous relationship into a new one.
She said: "But also for my kids, like, I never want to be that person that my kids are like, ‘Oh, I’m going to get married.’ And I’m like, ‘Well, good luck.’ I really hate when people take their relationships and they project it."
With Thompson, she shares two kids - True, 6, and Tatum, 2.

Both of her relationships have been the subject of much media attention and received generous focus on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
She was married to Odom from 2009 to 2016.
The marriage suffered because of Odom's struggles with substance abuse and infidelity.
Although they initially were to divorce in 2013, they got back together after Odom overdosed at a brothel in Nevada in 2015.

The following year, they would divorce for good.
Odom is set to reunite with his ex-wife on the upcoming season of The Kardashians, which is returning to Hulu on February 6.
Things weren't plain sailing with her second partner, Thompson, who she dated on-and-off between 2016 and 2021.

He cheated multiple times and even had a son with another woman.
Despite all the ups and downs, Khloé still believes in love and finding Mr Right to live happily ever after.
She said: "I am one of those hopeless romantics and I love the fairy tale and the fantasy — regardless of what’s ever happened to me — I’m always going to be that girl and I think we should be."
