Fans have been 'losing their minds' after Kylie Jenner accompanied Timothée Chalamet to the 78th British Academy Film Awards (BAFTAs).
Last night's (16 February) BAFTAs were kicked off in the most unique way possible, as host David Tennant made his way around the audience in a kilt, running around London’s Royal Festival Hall singing 'I’m Gonna Be (500 Miles)'.
Notably confused after such a British opening, Timothée Chalamet had flown in from the US as he was nominated for Leading Actor for his role in the Bob Dylan biopic, A Complete Unknown.

While failed to win the award, he was joined in the crowd by his Californian girlfriend Kylie Jenner.
But it seems as though a night of celebrating true British culture, as Wallace and Gromit won multiple awards and Take That took to the stage, was understandably lost on the Americans.
Fans were quick to share their reactions on X, as one said: "Losing my mind watching Kylie Jenner seeing Wallace and Gromit win multiple awards, (as it should) and Take That perform."

Another added: "Kylie Jenner experiencing The Proclaimers and Take That in one night. She’s not in Calabasas anymore."
A third claimed The Kardashians star appeared confused, as they wrote: "She genuinely looks as though she does not understand anything that anyone says!"
While someone else penned: "I’m p*****g myself laughing just imagining what must have been going through Kylie Jenner’s head while David Tennant belted out The Proclaimers at the start of the BAFTAs."
Fans also noted that Jenner failed to 'understand' a joke made by Tennant during the opening of the ceremony.

The Scottish actor couldn't resist making a gag about the viral Chalamet lookalike competition that took place in New York City in October last year.
Approaching Jenner and Chalamet sat in the audience, Tennant said: "Here is someone else who deserves a special mention.

"We're very lucky enough to be joined tonight by the runner-up in the recent Timothée Chalamet lookalike contest in New York. Welcome to the BAFTAs."

Shaking the actor's hand, he added: "There is a definite likeness there."
However, Tennant didn't stop there.
He took things further, as he turned to Jenner and joked: "Good attention to detail - you're with a Kylie Jenner lookalike!"
To which she responded: "It's me!"

Viewers were quick to realise that it appeared Jenner hadn't quite understood the quip, as one said: "I genuinely think Kylie didn’t even get that joke."
While another claimed: "She really didn’t get his joke though."
