Love Island USA star Hannah Smith has been charged with 'terroristic threats' against a police officer.
Smith, who appeared on the US version of the hit reality TV show in 2024, is now facing two criminal charges after her arrest in Atlanta last September, according to Cobb County court documents obtained by PEOPLE.
The 27-year-old was arrested following an incident which saw her be escorted out of a concert venue for being 'disorderly by yelling and screaming', according to police records, after allegedly threatening and attempting to punch a police officer.

Earlier this week (15 January), Cobb County prosecutor, Sonya Allen, charged Smith with felonies of obstruction of officers and terroristic threats, according to court documents.
The document claims that Smith 'knowingly and wilfully obstruct Cobb County Police Department Officer Kayla Winkfield, in the lawful discharge of her official duties by offering to do violence to said person, by lunging at and attempting to punch and kick Officer Kayla Winkfield'.
It also alleges Smith was 'suggesting the death of Kayla Winkfield with the purpose of terrorising Kayla Winkfield' and 'threatening to kill Kayla Winkfield'.

At the time of the incident, Smith - who was reportedly 'intoxicated' - punched an Emergency Medical Staff (EMS) staffer in their right arm. She then allegedly also tried to punch a police officer who was trying to assist but she did not make contact.
Smith was eventually brought to the ground by said officer and was eventually placed under arrest.
The court documents add that she allegedly attempted to kick the officer while on the ground multiple times but failed to make contact again.

Smith was subsequently taken to jail and, during the transportation, she allegedly threatened to kill both the police officer and her sister multiple times.
The warrant stated: "While said accused was being transported to Cobb County Adult Detention Center she stated she was going to kill me and my sister multiple times with the purpose of terrorising said victim."
Smith was released on $8,000 bail the following day with the conditions of her bail, including no consumption of alcohol, marijuana or non-prescribed drugs.
She also has to submit 'random alcohol/drug tests at her own expense', according to court records.

Mike Hawkins, a lawyer representing the reality star, told TMZ: "Shortly thereafter she has no memory of the events that occurred during, or after the concert. Hannah is deeply troubled by these events. She regrets any actions she took that offended anyone, including law enforcement."
