One of the more controversial contestants from this year's Love Island has been 23-year-old Jacques O'Neill.
The rugby player hit the headlines earlier today when he was accused of mocking fellow contestant Tasha Ghouri, and now her father has hit back at the reality TV star. Watch below:
It all went down when the former islander filmed his reaction to Tasha's declaration of love for her now boyfriend Andrew Le Page.

He repeated one of Davide Sanclimenti's iconic sayings, calling her a 'liar' and an 'actress' and telling her to 'get the f**k out'.
This did not go down well with social media commentators, especially as Jacques said on Good Morning Britain today (4 August) that his post villa plan is to help neurodivergent children.
One wrote: "damn what did tasha ever do to him what the hell [sic]."
A second added: "the way the men have treated tasha this season is not normal. i hope andrew distances himself from them for good [sic]."

"Nah he's still nasty and learned nothing," wrote a third viewer, while a fourth added: "he's probably still butthurt from when tasha said his banter gave her the ick. she was spot on [sic]."
A fifth tagged Good Morning Britain and told the show to 'watch your mental health advocate'.
However, it wasn't just viewers of the show who hit out at the former islander, so too did Tasha's dad, Tarek.
He wrote: "Some people grow and mature from their Island experience, some don't. It is what it is."
Fans of the show were quick to back Tarek up on Twitter, offering their support to the father of the Love Island contestant.

One supportive fan told Tarek: "I'm so disgusted at the way that Tasha has been treated. Please give her a big hug from us."
"I really really hope Tasha is okay," added a second. "She needs to know that his behaviour is not okay and whatever opinion Jacques may have is not shared by many of us. Wish I could give her a big hug rn [sic]."
"Glad she has a father like you!!!" wrote a third fan, while a fourth remarked: "Tasha is worth millions of these silly little 'boys'. I'm glad she's found Andrew and she's got a good bunch of family and friends behind her."
Tasha is also planning to use her platform for good in the wake of Love Island and plans to be an advocate for deaf people.

"I want to keep pushing for the deaf community," she said. "It's not spoken about enough. I want to be there for people and put others before me."
