It's always a little weird when a celebrity you remember as being a kid grows up and has a family of their own.
For Home Alone star Macaulay Culkin, many of us will still only ever see Kevin McAllister when we look at him - despite the fact he's now 44.

After initially being one of the most well-known child stars, Culkin took a break from Hollywood before later rejoining the film industry.
In 2017, he began dating fellow child actress Brenda Song, who built her career in Disney TV shows and films. The couple reportedly got engaged in 2022 and have two sons together.
Yet it's oldest son Dakota Song Culkin that has had fans talking recently, as many could not get over just how much the adorable boy looks like his famous dad.
In a fan thread on Reddit, fans couldn't help but point out how much the actor's son looks like him in recent pictures.

One person wrote: "Omg their son looks so much like Macaulay! They’re really adorable."
"Wow their eldest looks exactly like Macaulay in the face!" said another.
In response, a fan pointed out: "He has those red Kevin McCallister lips. So cute!"
Another added: "I love them so much as a couple. You can just see how much he absolutely adores her and it’s so adorable. Their son is adorable too and his little clone!"

It's also been revealed that oldest son Dakota is named after one of Macaulay's family members, with a heartbreaking reason behind choosing the name.

Macaulay is one of seven children, with siblings Shane, Dakota, Kieran, Quinn, Christian and Rory.
Tragically, Macaulay's sister Dakota Culkin died aged 29 in 2008, when she was hit by a car while crossing the street in California. Macaulay and Brenda named their eldest son is named after her.
Brenda and Macaulay also share a second son, whose name hasn't been disclosed.
The family typically keep their children out of the spotlight, apart from rare appearances.
