After his tragic death, five people have been charged in connection to Matthew Perry's death, including his live-in personal assistant.
The 54-year-old was found dead at his home in Los Angeles on Saturday 28 October in his jacuzzi which was ruled as being caused by the 'acute effects of ketamine'.
The world was watching as the County of Los Angeles Department of Medical Examiner confirmed his cause of death and many questions began to arise from this.

The Friends actor had been very open about his struggles with drugs, however, one year prior to his death he had reportedly been able to remain clean.
But it was revealed that he was undergoing treatment for his depression and addiction with small doses of ketamine.
Called ketamine infusion therapy, it was found that Perry hadn’t had any of his treatment for a week before he was found dead.

It was confirmed by the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) that there would be a criminal investigation into the circumstances of his death.
The investigation proved to find something staggering and soon, five people were arrested in connection to his death, including two doctors.
It was found that there was a criminal network who 'took advantage' of Perry's 'addiction issues' before his death.
United States Attorney, Martin Estrada, told a press briefing: "These defendants took advantage of Mr Perry's addiction issues to enrich themselves.

"They knew what they were doing was wrong, they knew what they were doing, was risking great danger to Mr Perry, but they did it anyways.
"In the end these defendants were more interested in profiting off Mr Perry than caring for his well being."
He continued: "As many of you know, Mr Perry struggled with addiction in the past. Now many occasions he saw it help for his addiction issues."
He added: "The investigation revealed it in the fall of 2023, Mr Perry fell back into addiction, and these defendants took advantage to profit for themselves."

The indictment issued by the Department of Justice lists Jasveen Sangha, who it says is known as the 'Ketamine Queen', as well as Dr Salvador Plasencia, as among those charged in the death of the late actor.
His assistant Kenneth Iwamasa and Erik Fleming have also been mentioned as co-conspirators.
Perry's live-in personal assistant who was the one who found the actor dead was connected to his death.

Iwamasa was arrested and has just pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine and one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine causing death.
The documents stated that Perry’s personal assistant ‘repeatedly’ injected him with ketamine and did so ‘without medical training’.
This includes the day he died.
Sangha and Dr Plasencia, meanwhile, are both charged with conspiracy to distribute ketamine, with Sangha facing several other drug-related charges.
Another doctor called Mark Chavez was also charged alongside Erik Fleming.
The charges both Iwamasa and Fleming are facing could mean they will be in prison between 15 to 25 years after pleading guilty to their alleged crimes.
Chavez faces up to 10 years in prison while Sangha could be given a 10 year minimum sentence if convicted.
