Earlier this week, the death of Brazilian fitness influencer Mila De Jesus was announced on Instagram, with thousands of tributes to the online star having since flooded in, including a heartfelt message from her husband.
The mother-of four - who became a favourite among fitness-centred social media users for her emphasis on creating a healthier and happier lifestyle - died on 12 January, aged 35, after suffering from a suspected cardiac arrest.

The news was broken via Instagram on Mila's personal account, with thousands of her 58k followers subsequently honouring the internet star's amazing life with sweet tributes.
A black and white snap showing the late star's smiling face was captioned with an emotional message, written in Portuguese.
"It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Mila De Jesus this Friday," the post began.
"In this moment of pain, respect family and friends and we will express our respect to Mila who will miss her a lot."

And now, her husband George Kowszik has broken his silence with his own tear-jerking tribute.
George, 61 - who tied the knot with Mila in September 2023 - wrote on Facebook the day after she suffered her heart attack: "I am not really good with words and talking here.
"I lost my beautiful wife and my best friend yesterday that I love so much."

Taking to social media again on 16 January, he thanked his loved ones for all the support they've offered him and Mila's four children.
"Hello..Everyone of my wife's and I friend's and family," he penned. "Your beautiful kind, caring and loving beautiful words and incredible inspiring PRAYERS...
"Have instilled such PEACE..in my life of 60yrs on this earth I ever felt."
He went on: "My wife loved me and believe in me through God which impacted my life and hers together.

"I was short but often our lord has his own ways of his people. I will never ever forget what God has blessed me and my beautiful and her very wonderful children God has also blessed with me."
George concluded his post: "I'm sorry I can't talk right now.. crying too much. forgive me."
He joins the thousands of Instagram tributes that have been penned honouring Mila.

Brazilian social media star Flavia Calina dubbed her 'a very very special and very loved person,' in the comments, adding: "May God comfort your hearts!"
"Still can't believe it - May God comfort the hearts of the whole family," wrote fellow Brazilian-American internet personality Camila Coelho.
Mila was famed for her refreshing honesty over the often harsh realities that come with weight loss and attempting to implement a healthier lifestyle.
She first shot to fame after opening up on her decision to undergo a gastric bypass surgery in October 2017.
Since then, Mila has shared regular updates and photos of her fitness journey.
Mila is also a fan-favourite with regards to parenting influencing - having constantly remained an open book when it comes to the highs and lows of being a mother.
She frequently posted videos and photos of her four gorgeous children from a previous marriage.
