Paris Fury’s sad admission about marriage before husband Tyson revealed they haven’t spoken in ‘three months’

Paris Fury once made an incredibly sad admission about her marriage before her husband, Tyson, revealed they haven’t spoken in 'three months'.

Recently, the 36-year-old boxing champion opened up about how he's prepared for his upcoming world title fight against Ukrainian boxer, Oleksandr Usyk, which is set to take place this weekend (December 21).

Speaking to presenter Dev Sahni on Frank Warren's Queensberry Promotions YouTube channel, Tyson shared: "It's been a long camp. Been away from my wife and kids for three months."

The world heavyweight champion went on to reveal just how long it's been since he chatted to his missus, saying : "I've not spoken to Paris at all for three months, not one word. Yeah, I've sacrificed a lot.

"It will be worth it, 100 percent."

And since then, Paris, 35, who has been married to Tyson for 16 years now, addressed his comments publicly on social media.

Taking to Instagram today (December 18), she explained to fans: "People don't see the sacrifices made."

She continued: "I've let him solely concentrate on this fight. It seems like he's been gone forever, especially with no contact.

"But if it's what he needs."

And this is far from the first time Paris has opened up about how Tyson's boxing career has impacted their relationship dynamic.

"With Tyson devoting much of his time to boxing, I knew that Venezuela [their daughter] and I would be spending a lot of time together by ourselves," Paris wrote in her 2021 memoir, Love and Fury.

She continued: "By then we’d moved temporarily to a rented semi in Manchester close to Jimmy Egan’s gym, a renowned boxing academy in Wythenshawe where Tyson was keen to train.

"I can’t say I was massively happy there - it just didn’t feel like home, and I found it hard to settle - but I knew I had to be a good wife and mother and make it work."

Elsewhere in the book, the mum-of-seven revealed Tyson's relentless boxing schedule also ended up putting a 'strain' on their relationship.

She shared: "His undefeated record was a great achievement, and I was so proud of him, but his punishing schedule of bouts was starting to take a toll on our relationship.

"Everything was becoming a bit strained, a bit forced."

Paris carried on: "And even though I knew my husband had a job to do, I still felt a little resentful that I was the one stuck in the bungalow, caring for the kids and keeping the place nice.

"I started to feel quite isolated, and became worried we were growing apart - I could really sense the distance widening between us - and I think Tyson felt the same."
