You'd think people wouldn't need to be told not to make fun of a baby but it appears that's far from the case.
Paris Hilton shared a series of snaps of her nine-month-old son, Phoenix, to Instagram last week and has since shockingly been met with an avalanche of trolls in the comment section making cruel comments about the shape of the little tot's head shape.
The 42-year-old has since issued a response to the keyboard warriors and has taken to her Instagram Story to share a statement to all the people who were making fun out of her child's appearance.
Paris and her hubby, entrepreneur Carter Reum, welcomed the little bub back in January via surrogate.

Since then, little Phoenix has made his first trip to the Big Apple, with Paris posting a series of photos of herself cradling him.
She captioned the post: "My precious angel baby Phoenix’s first time in NYC."
The pics, posted just four days ago, have since clocked up more than 1.5 million likes and thousands of comments from people all over.
While many were thrilled to see little Phoenix, some Instagram users took it upon themselves to make fun of the baby's head shape and offer Paris unsolicited medical advice.

Many fans defended the mum-of-one but now Paris herself has commented on the situation.
She uploaded a text post which began: "Living life in the spotlight, comments are inevitable, but targeting my child, or anyone else's for that matter, is unacceptable."
Paris went on to say the whole situation 'hurts her heart more deeply than words can describe'.

"I've worked hard to cultivate an environment that is all about love, respect, and acceptance, and I expect the same in return," she continued.
Opening up about the difficulty of being in the public eye, Paris explained to her 24.9 million followers: "If I don't post my baby, people assume I'm not a great mother and if I do post him, there are some people who are cruel and hateful."
She added that she was a 'proud working mom' and that little Phoenix is 'perfectly healthy, adorable and angelic'.

"I've dreamt of being a mom for as long as I can remember," she revealed. "Phoenix is my world and has been the biggest blessing of my life."
Continuing the heartfelt tribute to her son, Paris lovingly gushed: "Every day with him is a reminder of what truly matters.
"It's hard to fathom that there are people in the world who would target such innocence."
The Simple Life star concluded the Instagram statement by saying: "I hope that people can treat one another with more kindness and empathy."
