Perrie gave birth to baby Axel in August 2021, not long after her bandmate, Leigh-Anne Pinnock welcomed twins with her footballer beau Andre Gray.
Alex and the singer have now been engaged since last summer, when she shared a gorgeous Instagram post to announce the news.
She wrote in June 2022: “Last night the love of my life got down on one knee and I said... YES!”

Stunning snaps showed candid moments of the pair at sunset beside the beach.
While we don’t quite yet know when they’ll tie the knot (and we can’t wait to see the pics), Perrie paid a sweet tribute to the football player when she revealed their son’s full name.
The couple have kept it rather under wraps these past two years, but she decided to share the tea during an Instagram Q&A on Wednesday, 9 August.
One fan asked: “How did you decide on the name Axel for your baby?”

And Perrie gave up: “His name is Axel Xander. Like his dadda, Alexander.”
Rather adorably, the little boy’s name is a split and twist on his father’s first name .
The singer regularly shares heart-warming snaps of the family, spending lots of time with her son as she works on a solo career.

A recent post captioned: “Instagram vs reality with a toddler,” showed highlights from a holiday.
Axel seemed to be enjoying photo-bombing his mum’s poolside snaps, as well as cutely mimicking her singing and wiping ice cream on her face.
Fans said he was giving them ‘baby fever’ and called him ‘the cuteeeest’.
Others also said: “He’s literally looking like a mini version of Alex.”

And plenty couldn’t get over his adorable singing, writing: “Ok… Axel’s vocals. Melt my heart! And that beautiful family.”
Another also put: “YOU AND AXEL SINGING IM ACTUALLY SOBBING RN.”
During Perrie’s little Instagram Q&A, she also promised she was ‘working on’ new music as well as revealing some of her favourite TV shows to be How to Get Away with Murder, Modern Family and The Summer I Turned Pretty.
Another fan asked: “Can Alex sing? And, can you play football?”
And Perrie hilariously answered: “Errrrm he’s not terribly bad. And no I AM terribly bad!”
