"It so felt good that I kept going," she carried on.
She revealed she 'briefly tried Ozempic', but it was only used as a 'maintenance' after she already lost the weight.
"Someone like me could have a bottomless appetite for sweets, so I think those drugs can be good," the Aussie actress explained.

Speaking in the interview, Rebel assured she has now found a weight she feels comfortable with describing herself as 'still curvy and solid'.
"I feel strongly that young women shouldn’t try to obsess over looking like Victoria’s Secret models — they should just look like themselves," she added.
"I know that my relationship with food is complicated."

Opening up on her lifestyle and diet changes, Rebel explained that she went on long walks and stuck to a high-protein, low-sugar diet and made sure to speak to a doctor about her emotional relationship with food.
She shared: "I wasn’t dealing with my emotions properly, I was just stuffing my face and holding on to them.
"So, as we spoke, the weight just kinda dropped off."

Fellow actress Kathy Bates also recently opened up about using Ozempic.
Speaking to People, Bates explained that she was able to independently lose more than 80 lbs due to lifestyle and diet changes and lost the final 20 lbs on Ozempic.
"There’s been a lot of talk that I just was able to do this because of Ozempic," Bates told the outlet.
"But I have to impress upon people out there that this was hard work for me, especially during the pandemic. It’s very hard to say you’ve had enough."

Explaining her health battles following the diabetes diagnosis, the Hollywood A-lister bravely admitted: "I ate because I was afraid, and I ate because it was a FU to my self-esteem.
"[Diabetes] runs in my family, and I'd seen what my father had gone through. He had had a leg amputation. One of my sisters is dealing with it very seriously, and it terrified me. It scared me straight."
