"Me & your daddy love you so much that I can’t even put this feeling into words. Our heart and soul feels complete & ready to burst. I will forever and always be grateful to be your mammy.
"I Can’t thank @scottdobby enough & to the midwife’s Helen & Charlotte & all of the NHS team at Durham Hospital. You will all forever hold a special place in my heart for looking after us all with such compassion. Let the baby bubble commence."
Recently, Moffatt has been enjoying some much-needed downtime as she celebrated her relative's birthday.
Captioning a bunch of snaps, which included her newborn, Moffatt penned: "How do I have a 2-month-old baby already!? Spending the whole weekend with my family for my Nanny’s 70th. We played bingo, did quizzes, and ate burnt sausages from the bbq it was perfectly imperfect. We’ve all laughed from start to finish & Jude even went in a pool for the first time."

The post has racked up over 58,000 likes, though many questioned Jude's shoes.
"Beautiful picture but please don’t put soft shoes on a two month old baby," one Instagram user wrote.
They continued: "At that age they should only be wearing socks or babygro’s."

The TV presenter quickly replied: "they are soft shoes! They’re Nike crib shoes! I’m not gonna put trainers on my baby."
Meanwhile, another comment read: "Even when he starts to cruise around furniture he should be bare foot or in padder. Not a fashionista……does not need to be a fashion baby! Care of feet are so vitally important."
Such comments popped up so frequent, Moffatt posted a comment under her post addressing it while thanking other fans for 'lovely' comments.
She wrote: "Thanks for all the lovely comments- also these are the Nike soft bottom crib shoe they’re not trainers."
