Christian Richard, the husband of Selling Sunset alum Christine Quinn, has filed for a restraining order against his wife.
On 19 March, Richard, 44, was arrested for charges of assault with a deadly weapon following an alleged altercation with Quinn, 35, in their Hollywood Hills home.
Police claimed that Richard had thrown a bag containing glass at his wife but narrowly missed, striking their 2-year-old son instead.

It has been since reported that Richard has filed a restraining order against Quinn.
In documents obtained by People, Richard has requested that Quinn move out and stay 100 yards from his LA home.

According to the outlet, his request stems from the alleged incident in March, where he claims the couple had argued over Quinn's two dogs, which he further claims she 'refuses to have house or crate trained'.
He further claims that the Selling Sunset star refused to clean up after her dogs, telling him 'that she tried to clean but was not going to do anything further'.
The documents - which refer to Richard by his last name, Dumontet - allege: "At that point, Mr. Dumontet grabbed the trash bag from the floor and threw it to the side of the room, against the wall.
"Mr. Dumontet did not throw the bag towards Ms. Quinn or their son. "Additionally, there was no glass in the bag, as there was no broken glass in the room or anywhere in the house."

In the documents, Richard denies the allegations made against him and also denies that there have ever been 'incidents of domestic violence within the relationship'.
He also claims Quinn 'suddenly filed an EPO (emergency protection order) against me using false allegations of domestic violence'.
