Simon Cowell's new look has left fans well and truly baffled.
The music mogul has sparked a load of confusion following a video posted to social media showing him appearing in a way that clearly took fans by surprise.
Simon, 63, took to Instagram yesterday (10 August) and offered a congratulations to some previous X Factor contestants before making an exciting announcement. Check it out:
He began by saying: "Hello, I want to talk about two brilliant things connected with X Factor.

"The first is, last week, 'What Makes You Beautiful' - in my opinion, one of the best songs ever - went over one billion streams."
The record executive continued: "So I want to say congratulations, One Direction, and a massive thank you to all the fans who've always supported this group. I mean, this is huge, and I'm so proud."
Moments later, Simon made another announcement about a further X Factor star, Lucy Spraggan.
"Now I publish Lucy's songs," he told his 2.2 million followers. "I think she's one of the best songwriters I've ever met, genuinely."

He went on: "Her new album has two songs I absolutely love; one is called 'Bodies' and the other one is called 'Balance'."
Simon then showed the viewers the album on vinyl before joking: "Most of you won't what vinyl is doesn't matter. The record is amazing!"
The TV judge captioned the video: "Huge congratulations to @onedirection for reaching 1 billion streams for 'What Makes You Beautiful' on @spotify. A massive thank you to everyone involved and all of the fans!

"And please listen to @lspraggan’s amazing new record 'Balance' which is out tomorrow!"
However, it seems like people were less interested in the latest music news and more fascinated by Simon's visage.
One Instagram user commented: "What on earth has happened to your face?"

A second jabbed: "The botox is wearing off Simon."
A third dubbed his face a 'botox fail', while a fourth asked: "Why does this look like AI?"
"Too much plastic surgery," claimed a fifth.
A final Instagram user echoed: "'You used to look good before the plastic surgery."

While Simon has previously denied the rumours of having a face lift, he has admitted to getting some facial fillers done.
Earlier this year he told The Mirror: "I've had a bit of Botox or whatever, but nothing drastic.
"So when I hear about this stuff, honestly it does make me laugh."
