When it comes to Tammy Slaton's biggest cheerleader in life, no one even comes close to her big sister Amanda.

For those in need of a reminder, Tammy first shot to fame in 2020 alongside her sister Amy, when the pair were cast in the TLC reality series.
The show saw the pair battle severe physical and mental health ailments as a result of their weight, and documented their decision to change their lives for good.
In the years since, both Tammy and Amy have shed hundreds of pounds, with the former in particular being totally unrecognisable.
And as we say, one individual that remained firmly by Tammy's side throughout the whole process is her and Amy's elder sister Amanda.

This week, the 44-year-old took to Instagram to give some of Tammy's fans an insight into the realities of losing masses of weight while in the spotlight, by sharing some pictures from her stint in rehab.
The majority of the photos in question appear to be screengrabs of video calls between the siblings from when they were kept apart.
"Flashback to rehab FaceTime days. We are so proud of you sis," Amanda sweetly captioned the collection of pics.
"Keep pushing forward to accomplish your goals, you got this and we got you!"

Reflecting on her weight loss journey so far, Tammy last August shared a motivational message to her fans, dancing in a TikTok video to Dylan Scott's anthem 'Livin' My Best Life'.
"I know I can’t dance," she penned in the caption.
"I’m just up here having fun trying to make everybody smile and pass it around and spread the word that anything is possible.
"You’re strong. You’re beautiful. You are love. You are enough. Never forget that."
Two months after sharing her dance video, during a new episode of she and sister Amy's much-loved reality series, Tammy attended a follow-up appointment with her surgeon, Dr Eric Smith.
Smith had previously given the goal of shedding another 100lb, which she'd need to lose in order to undergo a further surgery to remove her loose skin.
Thankfully, Tammy had achieved this by the time the appointment rolled around.
However, as of November last year she still hasn't been given the green light to get skin removal surgery.
