Travis Kelce may have had a good festive period as the Kansas City Chiefs took home their Christmas Day win against the Pittsburgh Steelers, but it seems there’s one thing from that fateful day that’s since bitten him in the proverbial.
The NFL Christmas Day games had fans hooked as Chiefs and the Baltimore Ravens came out victorious in their respective clashes.

Beyoncé’s halftime performance also made sure there was something for those less fussed about the sport itself, working her way through a number of her hits from her critically acclaimed country album Cowboy Carter, including '16 Carriages', 'Blackbiird', and 'Texas Hold 'Em'.
She even brought out daughter Blue Ivy, who joined in seamlessly with the choreography as she joined her mum. While performing 'Texas Hold 'Em', Beyoncé even changed the lyrics to honour her daughter, singing: “Then spin me in the middle, Blue, I can’t read your mind.”
Meanwhile, the teams playing that day made history as they took part in the first NFL game to stream live globally on Netflix.
But that glory may have been marred slightly for Kelce, who has since landed himself a costly fine for his actions on the day.

The Chiefs tight end celebrated his touchdown by dunking the football through the goalposts – a nod to Tony Gonzalez, who had done the same during his time with the Chiefs and the Atlanta Falcons.
Kelce’s touchdown had marked the 77th of his career, in turn, surpassing Gonzalez on the all-time list.
His victory proved to be costly; according to Fox News, Kelce was fined $14,069 for ‘unsportsmanlike conduct use of a prop’.
Still, it didn’t look like he seemed to fussed – especially as Gonzalez offered to cough up for him.

“Congrats to my man @tkelce on becoming the all time @Chiefs leader in touchdowns!” Gonzalez tweeted.
“Keep blazing trails my friend! Btw nice dunk.”
Kelce then replied: “You know I had to show love to the greatest of all time!! You did mention you’d help me with the fine tho.”

Gonzalez then proved he was a man true to his word, quote-tweeting back: “Lol! I got you!”
Mind you, Kelce is one of the NFL's highest-paid players, with Forbes estimating his net worth at a whopping $52 million.
And that's before you even factor in any cash he might have knocking about thanks to a certain girlfriend, whose wealth is placed at a cool $1.6 billion.
