With less than a week until the eagerly-awaited 2024 series of Love Island takes to our screens, the excitement amongst diehard fans is continuing to grow.
The brand new series of the iconic reality TV show will take place in a villa in Mallorca for another year - but with a few brand new Miami twists this time around - and, of course, the beautiful Maya Jama has been handed the presenting reigns once again.
Apparently, however, it isn't just the iconic residence's decor that bosses have given a glow-up - with one of the show's bosses confirming that there will also be some brand new rules surrounding access to the legendary Hideaway.

Earlier this week, ITV producers finally gave viewers a glimpse into this year's cast-mates and let's just say, it went down a treat with fans to discover that several of the contestants already had links to the celebrity world.
An example being Munveer Jabbal (a 30-year-old Recruitment Manager from Surrey), who revealed he's already got a claim to fame, being best pals with Piers Morgan's son Spencer.
And Ronnie Vint (a semi-pro footballer from South East London) has been rubbing shoulders with ex-Love Island star Olivia Attwood for some time now.

As we say, however, it won't just be a fresh batch of love-hungry singletons that we're due to set our eyes upon when the show returns next week (3 June).
That's because producers of the long-standing dating hit have spruced up the Hideaway this time around, and have implemented some new rules.
For those in need of a refresher, the Hideaway marks the villa's only area in which couples can enjoy some 1-1 time together without their other cast-mates getting in the way.

Famous for its colossal king-sized bed - inside of which countless islanders have taken their relationship to the next level - and iconic lingerie clothing rail, the love-shack has been a constant feature in the show since the very first series back in 2015.
Remember when Zara Holland had her Miss GB crown taken away for getting down and dirty with Brummie hunk Alex Bowen back in 2016? Well, that was in the Hideaway!
And when Tom Walker controversially wondered whether Irish bombshell Maura Higgins would be 'all mouth' when they got some time alone together? Before she found out what he said and hit the roof, that is... Same place!

During the show's earliest series, the Hideaway was frequently used as a private space for couples to get it on.
Recently, however, the sexy spot has seen a huge decrease in action.
And apparently, producers are more than aware of the Hideaway's dry spell.
So much so, that executive producer Mike Spencer has revealed that some new additions have been made to encourage this year's series to be the sexiest ever.

Speaking to The Daily Mail, he firstly explained: "We're back at the same villa but it's had a massive glow up. We have tried to create these new zones, so everyone has a place, and everything has a place.
"There's a Miami area here, which is really cool and quirky. We wanted to create a very Instagram worthy villa, because it felt right to do so."
Addressing the new Hideaway specifically, he revealed that islanders would no longer receive a text revealing that the love-shack is open, and wouldn't have to vote for the couple they believe deserve some alone time the most.
"The Hideaway has a new neon 'No Invite Needed' sign… So, it could be the sexiest series of Love Island ever," he said.
"There is no invite needed to go in The Hideaway. I think this series is really sexy anyway but we will always take more."
Eek, we're excited already!
