Jack Fincham has denied using drugs after he was arrested ‘on suspicion of drug driving’ before being released on bail.
The TV personality won the 2018 series of ITV2’s Love Island with ex-girlfriend Dani Dyer and he was due to join the cast for the spinoff Love Island Games later in the year.
Fincham was arrested on 26 August by Kent Police after he was stopped on the A2 close to his home in Swanley, according to reports.

Kent Police said its officers arrested a man from Swanley ‘on suspicion of drug driving, careless driving, driving without insurance and driving while displaying false number plates,’ in a statement.
He was given a blood test and released on bail until 26 November. However, Love Island Games is set to begin on 1 November, The Mirror reports.
The statement from police reads: "On Saturday 26 August 2023, officers arrested a 31-year-old man from Swanley on suspicion of drug driving, careless driving, driving without insurance and driving while displaying false number plates, on the A2 near Dartford.

"He has since been bailed until 26 November 2023."
However, Fincham’s solicitor Conor Johnstone of M.A.J. Law said: "Mr Fincham has not been charged with drug driving and denies any drug consumption whatsoever.
"There is no evidence at this stage that Mr Fincham drove whilst over the legal limit and we are hopeful that his blood results will prove the same."
Tyla has approached Fincham’s representatives, Conor Johnstone and Kent Police for comment.

Fincham was previously arrested by Kent Police in 2021 after he was pulled over by officers for speeding near his home.
He was then charged with drug driving and denied taking cocaine or valium. The charges against him were eventually dropped by the Crown Prosecution Service before his trial was scheduled to begin.
Fincham has opened up before about how he ‘spiralled out of control’ after the Covid-19 pandemic impacted his work.

“There was no structure. I had all this time and all this money on my hands. I wouldn’t say I f**ked it but without that structure I fell to bits. I was depressed,” he said on The Steven Sulley Studio podcast.
“This is only over the last year when the money was running out and work was drying out because of the bad headlines. I’m not a bad person but sometimes good people do bad things,” he added.
He also revealed he took an overdose around Christmas 2020.
“Christmas time I took an overdose, mate,” he said on the same podcast in 2021. “I was ready to go. I didn’t want to be here. It’s upsetting to think.”
