Things are heating up in the Love Island villa - but not in the way you might expect.
Sparks are flying in tonight's episode as Whitney lays into Ella, branding her the 'most selfish person' she's ever met.

Ouch.
The nasty bust-up came after the contestants played a game called 'Couple Goals', where the couples had to vote for who they believe have the least sexual chemistry, are the most unlikely pairing and act smug.
Already this sounds like a recipe for disaster, with some hurt feelings expected.

But surprisingly, this was not the cause of discontent.
When Whitney told the Scottish model: "I have never met a selfish person like you," Ella was quick to retort: "That is the biggest lie I have ever heard."
Unshaken, Whitney reminded her fellow Islander: "You know I only tell the truth."
Furious with Whitney's dose of blunt remarks, Ella replied: "You actually think you're family the way you speak to me and it's not okay."

So what caused the falling out?
It all began when Ella headed to use the shower in the villa after Whitney had announced she was waiting to use the bathroom next.
Anybody who has housemates can relate.

Whitney snapped: "Ella, are you being serious? I've been waiting."
Later in the evening, Ella approached Whitney to address the tension between them one-to-one.
Ella said: "I want to get this off my chest because I don't want to give it energy, but it actually upset me when you called me selfish in the dressing room.
"It really upset me because I wouldn't speak to my friend like that. I feel like that was coming for my character."

Sticking by her brutal assessment, Whitney responded: "I wasn't joking Ella. Sometimes you do have selfish tendencies."
Takeaway from this? Don't get on the wrong side of Whitney.
And also don't mess with somebody's bathroom time.
This bad blood comes after days of twists for the islanders, which included a surprise intimate performance from Rita Ora.
It also saw four Islanders getting dumped in a surprise eviction.
