SZA has spoken out following the backlash her Glastonbury 2024 performance received from fans.
Sunday (30 June) marked the final day of Glastonbury after a weekend full to the brim with jam-packed performances, celebrity guest appearances and iconic musical moments.
Friday night saw UK chart-topper and this year's first headline act, Dua Lipa, attract thousands of festival-goers to the colossal Pyramid stage, where she gave fans much to talk about with her jaw-dropping dance moves.

The following evening saw widely-adored British boyband Coldplay take to the same stage, where frontman Chris Martin left fans teary-eyed after bringing out Back to the Future star and Parkinson's sufferer Michael J Fox for a special guest performance.
Yesterday afternoon, country music legend Shania Twain had crowds going wild after knocking out her best-known anthems 'Man, I Feel Like A Woman' and 'That Don't Impress Me Much'.
By the time the Somerset festival's final evening rolled around, however, it sounded as though attendees had become increasingly harder.

So much so, that the Pyramid stage's crowds were seen by cameras to be unusually sparse when much-loved singer SZA took to the stage that evening as the final headliner act.
But what could have possibly gone so wrong for the 'Kill Bill' singer?
According to many of those who were in attendance, the singer's set was apparently littered with issues out of her control after she later played an impressive gig at a separate event in London that same night.

"Naaah, I'm sorry but these mic issues are definitely a Glastonbury problem because SZA sounded incredible at @BSTHydePark last night," one penned on social media.
Another penned: "FIX SZA’S MIC NOW #Glastonbury."
"Justice for sza!! what have glastonbury done to her mic to make her vocals sound this way, this is excruciating," a third hit out.
Today (1 July), the 'The Weekend' singer has released an Instagram post about the event - however, she did not appear to address any technical issues.
Sharing a snap from the star-studded event, she penned: "Tonight I faced my fears . Tonight my entire team made the impossible possible !!"

The hitmaker, 34, went on to thank her 'incredible' backup dancers, her 'fire a** band', and 'every single person that helped make this happen'.
She continued: "Thank you from the bottom of my heart for dreaming w me - Glastonbury 2024 down."
