Emily in Paris fans are absolutely buzzing after Netflix confirmed the series will be returning once again for a fifth season.
Now, we've already rattled through the first four seasons in no time and, after the latest series ranked #1 on the Netflix Global Top 10 when it premiered back August, it's no surprise at all that it's been renewed.
Since then, the director of the beloved TV show has addressed fans' number one burning question about the upcoming instalment.
Lily Collins, the star of the show, announced the exciting news during an appearance on Good Morning America.

She's also revealed that she’s very much so looking forward to seeing what happens between her character and new beau Marcello, played by Eugenio Franceschini.
"Marcello is a whole other adventure that we want for Emily because we ultimately want Emily to be able to have a better work/life balance," she also told Tudum.
"We want to have Emily be able to smile without condition. We want to see her beyond her vacay mode. And he comes at that perfect time."

And it's not just the Love, Rosie star who's buzzing over the news as creator Darren Star told Tudum: "We’re thrilled with the incredible response to this season of Emily in Paris and excited to return for a fifth to continue Emily’s adventures in Rome and Paris!"
As we all know, season four saw Emily spark up a romance with the handsome Italian fashion scion and then move into an apartment to open a Rome office for Agence Grateau.
This prompted some fans to wonder whether the title of the Netflix smash-hit would be getting a makeover from Emily in Paris to Emily in Rome.
And, before you lose your head, we can confirm that this won't happening.

Star himself assured: "Emily’s going to have a presence in Rome.
"It doesn’t mean she’s not going to be in Paris, but she’s going to have a presence in Rome."
Well, that settles that then.

I guess we'll simply have to just wait and see whether Emily will truly move on in Rome from her on-and-off-again boyfriend, Gabriel played by (Lucas Bravo), who had an epiphany in season four that he wants to be with her after all or whether she'll return to the City of Lights after all.
Only time will tell!
All four seasons of Emily in Paris are currently available to stream on Netflix.
