A brand new season of Selling Sunset has finally landed, with many fans racing through the majority of the episodes already - but viewers have one major question.
The latest episodes dropped on Netflix on 6 September, and there has been drama a-plenty.
It would take us all day to go through it with a fine-toothed comb - and we don't want to spoil it for you - but we simply have to mention the Bre Tiesi vs Chelsea Lazkani drama.

Bre came to Chelsea with supposed 'intel' over Chelsea's husband, Jeff Lazkani, of cheating.
Chelsea and Jeff have split, with Chelsea asking the courts for spousal support, as per US.
Of the drama unfolding on screen, Chelsea said: "If you bring something to camera to implode my life - as opposed to just calling me - you will do it on camera. It is really sad. I just want to know what the f**k it is.”

Chelsea's belief that Bre was trying to ruin her marriage on screen rather than bringing her the information privately divided the entire cast.
But that's not the only Chelsea plot line that has viewers talking.
In very unexpected scenes, Chelsea shows a British reality TV veteran around a very luxurious property.
The man in question? Joey Essex.

The scenes were filmed before he appeared on Love Island earlier this year, and met now-girlfriend, Jessy Potts.
During the episode, Chelsea gives Joey a tour around a property listed for $5.25 million (£4m) in the Hollywood Hills.
The Oppenheim Group's Chelsea tells the listing agent: "My client said one word, sexy. He's from London, he's moving to LA, as you know when people move to LA they want to be in the Hollywood Hills with the views and they want to entertain. He's a single lad and wants to impress the ladies."

Joey then bursts on the scene, explains he wants both an inside and outside nightclub at the property, and lays it on thick when flirting with real estate agent Emma Hernan.
People have been taking to social media to share their disbelief over the scenes, and questioning how and why Joey ended up on the show.
One person wrote: "Oh my god why did no one warn me??? Joey Essex shows up on #SellingSunset."

Another said: "Joey Essex looking at a house in LA for $5.2 million on selling sunset before going on Love island too try win 50k has too be satire he’s not real #SellingSunset."
While a third added: "Joey Essex adding #SellingSunset to his Reality TV CV was not on my 2024 bingo card, but at this point are we even shocked?"
Selling Sunset is now streaming on Netflix.
