It looks like yet another dramatic week for contestants of The Great British Bake Off as they take on a range of fiddly classics for Dessert Week.
Find out what’s in store below:
A synopsis for tonight's episode says: “It’s week seven of The Great British Bake Off, and this time the bakers are diving into the world of desserts.

“In the signature challenge, they’ll be showcasing their meringue-making skills by creating exquisitely filled meringue nests. Next, they’ll take a crack at Prue’s twist on a classic British steamed suet pudding, and finally, the bakers will give their own twist to the beloved Italian dessert, tiramisu.
“Three challenges await, but only one baker will earn the title of star baker, while another will have to say goodbye.”
A preview clip for tonight’s episode shows the bakers rustling up some tiramisu creations for the Showstopper round.

“All is well under way, until disaster strikes Dylan as his delicate chocolate box design cracks when constructing,” Channel 4 teases.
As Sumayah knocks up a joconde sponge with a ‘batik design’, Paul and Prue don’t seem too convinced by her flavour combinations.
“Sumayah mentioned lemon coffee curd – lemon curd is quite tangy, it’s quite tart... with coffee?” Paul says, adding: “That's going to be interesting.”
While Illiyin is busy creating an intricate chocolate ‘cage’, Jill is trying to get the coffee levels right for her Showstopper, admitting the ‘challenge’ is getting the ‘balance’ right as she’s not a fan herself.

“Jill hates coffee,” Prue explains. “She got her husband to taste it!”
As for Dylan, after a tricky time last week, it seems Dessert Week isn’t without its problems either.
As he carefully works on his chocolate box, he says: “I’m just about to put my box together, so I need to cut these to size. As long as nothing devastating happens to them, then I'm pretty good.”

Paul says he likes his idea, but isn’t sure if the design will ‘hold’, adding: “That’s my only issue with that, how stable it’s going to be.”
Right on cue, the camera switches to Dylan as he cuts the sides of his box, pulling a piece away to reveal he’s accidentally taken off much more than he intended.
“Oh, no... That’s so annoying,” he says to himself, then telling viewers: “I could redo it, but tempering chocolate is such a long process.

“I’m gonna have to cut the top off them. This is such an arduous process.”
Of course, Dylan managed to pull through much worse last week – will it be enough this time to keep him in the competition?
