X-rated ‘Love Island’ where contestants are completely naked to land on our TVs this week

There's a new dating show on the horizon and it looks utterly wild.

The series - which people are calling an X-rated Love Island - sees contestants looking for love, kind of in a similar way to the islanders.

However, there is a massive difference.

While we're used to seeing islanders pulling people for chats and 'getting to know each other' in bikinis and swimwear, the new series will see contestants totally naked instead.

Yep, they'll be dating in their birthday suits for the entire show.

The series, very aptly named Dating Naked UK, lands on Paramount+ and MTV later this week.

It's hosted by Celebrity Big Brother and This Morning star Rylan Clark and will follow 10 contestants as they search for 'the One'.

They'll be living in the middle of a tropical island where they're hoping to meet that special someone, but they'll be totally nude the whole time.

Just like in Love Island, the couples will go on dates, be dumped from the show and take part in a series of different challenges.

It's kind of like Naked Attraction meets Love Island and producers are warning that the show 'contains full nudity without any blurring or pixelation'.

At the end of the season, the winning couple will walk away with a hefty cash prize - a whopping £50,000 - as well as a new lover, of course.

"Not only does it feature dating and drama, on top of that everyone will be totally starkers!" said Rylan.

"You will not want to miss this."

Rylan has also addressed any confusion by adding to Metro that he won't actually be presenting the show naked.

"I tried but they won’t let me get it out," he told Metro.

"I mean, if we get season two, I’ve offered to host it naked. They’re still saying no."

Dating Naked UK drops on Friday (23 August) and will then air weekly, every Friday evening.
