Emmerdale fans think they've worked out the dark murder twist as Ruby's plan for Caleb gets revealed.
ITV viewers have predicted the next brutal blooded murder in the village after watching last night's (7 March) airing.
During the episode, a particularly harrowing scene unfolded between Caleb Milligan (William Ash) and his wife, Ruby Fox-Milligan (Beth Cordingly).

The episode in question saw a huge row between the couple.
After a whole bunch of family and relationship drama, Caleb was reduced to tears over the shame he had brought upon his family and the severed ties due to his and Ruby's behaviour.
He then confronted Ruby, who seemed to be loving his anguish, and referencing previous confrontations that had taken place between them in the past.

Things really went into overdrive when Ruby's scheming of trying to isolate Caleb from his family unravelled as she insisted she was the only family he needed.
She even went as far as to try and turn Caleb against them.
After a heated argument where Ruby shouted at Caleb saying he was unloved and not good enough, Caleb told her she needed help to which she venomously shot back: "Why do you always do this to me, get me like this, what is wrong with you?"

The episode ended with Caleb calling Ruby a 'poisonous snake' before she threw a glass at the wall and screamed before looking at herself in a broken mirror.
ITV viewers have since rushed to social media to share their theories on what they reckon is yet to come, with some worried about what Ruby could do next - comparing her to serial killer, Meena Jutla (Paige Sandhu), suggesting she could kill Caleb off.
One X, formerly Twitter, user penned: "Ruthless Ruby giving Mad Meena vibes."
A second questioned: "Is Caleb or Ruby gonna get killed?"

"What a nasty piece of work Ruby is," hit out a third, while a fourth chimed in: "When is Ruby leaving?? Save us from this awful character!"
"Hope Ruby leaves soon..." echoed someone else, while another piped up: "They really need to write Ruby out…"
Others, however, totally loved the character.
"Ruby is exactly what the soap needs right now!" praised one fan, while another quipped: "Ruby livens this up!"

And, a final user echoed: "Unpopular opinion, I think Ruby is brilliant!"
Guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens!
