Grace Dent has finally broken her silence on her resignation from I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!
News broke yesterday morning (27 November) that the world-renowned food critic had called it quits in the Australian jungle.
A hoard of worried viewers took to X - formerly known as Twitter - on Sunday evening (26 November) after Grace appeared vacant when being told she'd been voted by the public to take part in another dreaded Bushtucker Trial.

The ex-MasterChef star barely moved an inch when show hosts Ant and Dec revealed that she and This Morning presenter Josie Gibson had been chosen for the trial 'Down The Tubes', with many fans noting she 'didn’t look well'.
"Someone should check Grace's pulse," one viewer penned on social media. "That girl does not look well. #ImACeleb."
"Is Grace ok?? Think she needs checking on she looks so deflated #ImACeleb," another asked.

A statement made by ITV yesterday cited 'medical' reasons for her departure.
"Unfortunately Grace Dent has left the show on medical grounds," it read.
"She has been a great campmate and will be missed by her fellow celebrities and viewers alike."

And during last night's (27 November) instalment of the gruelling reality series, a letter from Grace was read out to her former campmates, explaining her decision.
In the statement - read by Hollyoaks actor Nick Pickard - she wrote: "My Dear campmates, I'm so sorry to let you down. I have left the camp for medical reasons.
"My heart is broken, I have loved and enjoyed getting to know you all. You've held me up and it's been a pleasure being your friend through this experience.
"Leaving you all at this stage will be one of the saddest things in my life. I love you all. Your friend, Miss Grace Dent."

Following her departure from the show, a source allegedly told the Daily Mail that her decision to leave was mutual with show bosses - who had supposedly intervened after seeing her visible deterioration on the show.
The source close to her said: “Grace decided to leave the jungle soon after it was announced that she would be doing the latest Bushtucker Trial.
"Knowing that she would be facing another tough challenge was the straw that broke the camel's back."

They continued: "It was mutually agreed upon that she would stand down from the competition, it was clear that she wasn't being herself, she had lost all energy when usually she's witty and fun to be around.
"ITV's duty of care and welfare teams had stepped in, and rightly so.
"She had struggled since living in the camp with less amenities, the weather this year has been particularly miserable and as a restaurant critic, not eating well proved to be harder than she could have ever imagined.
"Grace is looking forward to seeing her loved ones now and after a few days of rest and recovery will be fine."
