Whilst it's hardly a surprise anymore to hear that a huge proportion of recorded television content receives the chop ahead of its air date, one Married At First Sight contestant isn't very happy that one 'integral' moment was 'edited out' of last night's instalment.
Taking to social media today, Channel 4 star Lacey Martin revealed that a poignant scene - which saw her husband Nathan Campbell returning home for the first time in the series so far - had been axed, claiming she has 'no idea' why.
For those out of the loop with the show's recent goings-on, Lacey and Nathan remain one of the only 2024 reality couples still going strong.

Despite kicking off with a cringe-worthy wedding ceremony - which saw the groom mistake Lacey's sister for his bride-to-be - they went on to enjoy a pretty loved-up honeymoon.
And since then, they've only hit very few bumps in the roads - those bumps being Lacey's mother, Maxine, who had rubbed viewers up the wrong way recently with her ever-changing opinions of Nathan?
Remember, she slammed her daughter's new hubby at the beginning of the series, but came under fire for flirting with him last week?

The latter controversy took place during the show's 'Homestay' segment, which saw the couple return to Lacey's hometown to reunite with her family and update them on their progressing relationship.
And whilst all other couples got to chance to travel to both of their in-laws in the last week, Nathan's trip home was noticeably absent from recent episodes, prompting viewers to ask Lacey why this may have been the case.
Inviting her colossal new fan-base to ask her questions about the show via Instagram Q&A last night, Lacey had her say on the matter.
After one MAFS UK viewer asked her, 'Why didn't Nathan have a Homestay?', she revealed: "We did go to Nathan's for Homestay. We got tattoos, [we] went [to a] trampoline place!"

Lacey then confessed: "No idea why it [wasn't] shown! But we had a wicked time at both Homestays."
Her revelation came following a drama-fuelled episode on Tuesday night (5 November), which also saw another of the show's strongest couples call it quits in a shock confrontation.
Sadly, it was much-loved stars Kieran Chapman and Kristina Goodsell who parted ways, leaving both audiences at home and fellow contestants in tears.

Sitting on the famous sofa for a final time following a lengthy rough patch between the pair, Kieran told his bride: "I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving this your all.
"I just genuinely wish you the best for the future. Don't change for anyone."
Kristina then told Kieran: "Thank you for the most magical, amazing day of my life at our wedding. I'm gutted but I do only wish you the best. You'll be in my life. Don't worry."
